Fresh Water Cress for Steamboat
Located about five minutes away from Brinchang city Center, there is a water cress steamboat restaurant located at a valley. They have ample fresh water cress farm which they harvest daily. Price is reasonable and the owner is very friendly. They might even give you free plates of water cress without requesting. Enjoy the steamboat with nice view and weather. Check for worms in the vegetables 😆

A must steamboat restaurant in Cameron Highland
The place has a good view of vegetable farm, which is the selling point of the restaurant. The service was okay. We had the signature steamboat and a few side dishes with water Cress herbal drinks. The vegetables were really fresh with water Cress soup base. We ordered 2 pax set meal and add on lamb, beef and signature dumplings which total billed of RM200.
Almost a must go during every Cameron highland trip. The shop manager was friendly, food is relatively expensive (which is almost typical for every famous restaurant or tourist spot).
The steamboat pot however needs to be cleaned regularly as the charcoal or food sometimes left stain over the years.
Other than that, they charged us another RM5 for snacks and RM2 for wet tissues. The only good thing is their watercress soup is really special, fresh and tasty.
