Then when they rowed a boat and saw what looked like a golden basin in front of Wat Chulalok, so they changed the name to #Wat Yan Ang Thong. Which is not just the front because when walking in, I met an uncle who told me to come in first. Inside, I must say, it is very beautiful. For those who like to look at antiques like Min, it is dazzling. There is a textile museum with the most Buddha statues in the posture of calming the ocean that I have ever seen in my life. Wat Yan Ang Thong, originally named Wat Chulalok, was established in 1824 and received the royal charter of the boundary of the temple in 1827. It was probably renovated during the reign of King Nangklao. It is a temple that Kings from the reigns of Rama III to VI traveled by boat to Wat Yan Ang Thong. The origin of the temple's name is that the Mon people brought pots and boats to sell and saw a large golden basin floating in the water and then sinking, so they called this bend of the river "Yan Ang Thong".
