One Of The Oldest Temple In Bangkok! Not to Be Missed!
I went to Wat Samphanthawong in Bangkok last week and it was awesome. It's one of the oldest temples in the city and it's right in the middle of Chinatown. It's so cool and different.
The temple has a huge hall with a big Buddha statue made of wood and gold. The statue has a lot of silver and lead stuff inside. The hall has beautiful paintings on the walls that show the Buddha's story and the temple's history.
The temple also has a museum that tells you about the Samphanthawong district, which is named after a prince who fixed up the temple. The museum has a lot of things, like photos, papers, and old stuff that show you how Chinatown grew and changed Bangkok. I learned a lot of interesting things there.
I had a great time at Wat Samphanthawong. It's a place where you can see both the old and new sides of Chinatown. It's also a place where you can enjoy the beauty and smarts of Buddhism. I think you should go there if you want to have fun in this area of Bangkok.

Wat Sampanthawongsaram Worawihan…Yaowarat
#BeautifulTemple #TravelAndStudy
Another Thai temple in the heart of Bangkok that you can't miss is Wat Sampanthawong located in the heart of Yaowarat or Chinatown. Enter Soi Song Sawat, the temple is in the middle of the alley.
It is a temple built since the Ayutthaya period. It was originally called Wat Ko. Inside, there is a garden and a wooden pavilion that is quite shady, different from other temples in Bangkok.
There are benches inside that are suitable for sitting and relaxing when you are tired. Highly recommended for those who come to visit Yaowarat.
In addition, near the temple, there are many cute and cozy cafes such as CHATA or Woodbrook. Cafe lovers must not miss this check-in point. ❤️

📞Hello Hello, I heard and answered.
WatSampantawong is an old temple. It was originally called Wat Ko because it was surrounded by water. It is located in Chinatown.
The temple has many devotees. Many buildings were donated, such as the monks' quarters, the Phum Thianprasit building.
The temple demolished the old Ubosot, built during the reign of King Rama III, which was dilapidated and built a large Ubosot with a 3-story, four-sided roof. It is currently under renovation.
Nearby, there is an old market selling goods from China and many Chinese restaurants.

Wat Sampanthawong
Wat Sampanthawong is a third-class royal temple, Worawihan type.
It is located near the eastern bank of the Chao Phraya River in Sampanthawong Subdistrict, Sampanthawong District, Bangkok, in the Yaowarat area. It was originally a temple of the common people called Wat Ko. Evidence of the original construction of the temple does not show who built it. It is known that it is an ancient temple that has been around since the Ayutthaya Kingdom before the establishment of Rattanakosin as the capital.
Wat Sampanthawong, Yaowarat, Bangkok, to pay homage and ask for blessings from Khun Mae Boonruen Tongboonterm, who was a laywoman who was devoted to Buddhism, practiced Vipassana meditation, and strictly observed the precepts. When Khun Mae was still alive, she was a person who was respected and loved by others because of her good deeds that she practiced consistently throughout her life.
When entering the temple, it is peaceful, shady, clean, and has many trees. You don't have to worry about the heat. It is very cool. There are enough seats. Before we go to pay homage and ask for blessings from Khun Mae Boonruen, we will first pay homage to the principal Buddha image in the chapel. The chapel is beautiful and spacious. Inside the chapel, there is a history of the temple for us to read. There are officers taking care of various points. After we pay homage to the principal Buddha image, we will go to the Khun Mae Boonruen pavilion. Which is a museum with a statue of my mother for worship and praying. There are two floors in total. The lower floor is a museum that displays my mother's things when she was alive, including her white clothes, letters in her handwriting, various sacred objects, and two statues of my mother for praying. WP felt the sacredness of my mother because when she made her prayer, she felt a cold chill and got goosebumps.

Jeen Coffee Bar
#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck
Today, I would like to recommend a chic coffee bar in Yaowarat.
"Jeen Coffeebar" is a cafe in an old building that has been renovated into a cafe. It is located on the corner of Soi Pathumkongka. There is a specialty coffee menu with a lot of coffee beans to choose from. We can choose between Speed bar and Slow bar. There are also many non-coffee drinks to choose from. Come and try it.
The shop is semi-open-air, decorated in white tones, contrasting with wooden and black furniture. In front of the shop, there is a long wooden chair corner for you to sit and relax.

Mother Boonruen, Sampanthawong Temple
#BeautifulTemplesinBangkok Recommend a place to make an instant wish for "SaiMuu" at Wat Sampanthawong on a banana tree with "Khun Mae Boonruen", a laywoman who has achieved a state of meditation and loves helping people. Word of mouth has been told that making a wish will also bring immediate results. I believe that many people have never been to this place, which is Wat Sampanthawong in Yaowarat area. It is a place to make a wish with Khun Mae Boonruen Tongboonterm, a laywoman who has strict morality and truly believes in Buddhism. She trained until she achieved the 4th state of meditation, has sacred power, and creates amulets that bring good fortune, which is famous. Personally, I have believed in and respected Khun Mae Boonruen Tongboonterm for more than 10 years. Whenever I have time, I will go to pay respect and make a wish all the time. 🙏
