I visited another temple called Wat Phaya Mai. Originally, it was believed that this temple was named Wat Phra Ya Mai because it was built by a new nobleman. However, the villagers did not know the name of this nobleman, and over time, the name changed to Wat Phaya Mai.
I initially planned to pay respects to the Buddha and take a boat trip along the Mae Klong River while enjoying noodles. I had seen reviews mentioning that this place offers a boat trip with noodles for 79 baht, which includes one bowl of noodles and one glass of water. It sounded very interesting, but today the last boat trip was already over. So, I only managed to pay respects to the Buddha at the main chapel, known as Luang Pho Tam Jai. It is believed that he can grant our wishes, no matter what we ask for.
