The squid is cooked but the meat is not spoiled, still chewy and firm, stir-fried with shrimp paste and squid ink, the flavor is acceptable, fragrant and moderately flavorful.
🔅 Stir-fried pork belly with pickled garlic (400++)
Has a slightly salty and sour flavor from the pickled garlic juice, seasoned with sugar until it seals the pork belly on the outside very well, making the inside of the pork belly still juicy with a slight aroma of spices.
