• Depart from the visitor center and drive to Haimenshi Transfer Station (if you don’t drive by yourself, take a scenic sightseeing bus to go directly). • Continue to move forward and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Zhangde Grassland. There are snow-capped mountains, grasslands, cattle and sheep. The scenery is picturesque. You can stop here to take pictures.
• Noon: After arriving at Haimenshi Transfer Station, take a sightseeing bus to Cuopu Temple. The temple is hidden in the forest, and the surrounding environment is quiet. You can feel the solemnity and tranquility of the Tibetan Buddhist temple. There are local herdsmen selling yogurt and snacks near the temple, and you can taste local specialties.
• afternoon:
• From Cuopu Temple, hike about 400 meters to the sister lakes, namely Zhima Yongcuo and Kangzhu Lacuo. The water of these two lakes is turquoise, very beautiful, and it is very photogenic when the weather is good.
• After visiting the sister lakes, walk half way around Cuopu Lake along the plank road, which is about 2.4 kilometers in total.
