The Perfect Stay in Ho Chi Minh City! Vien Dong Hotel
Just a few hours after departure, I arrived in the vibrant, Southeast Asian-flavored Ho Chi Minh City. This time, I stayed at the Vien Dong Hotel, located right on the bustling Pham Ngu Lao Street, just steps away from the lively city center đď¸. Plus, there are nearby parks for leisurely strolls, making it a great spot for relaxation.
The stay was quite pleasant. The front desk was a bit slow but very friendly. My first impression was that while the hotel isnât luxurious, it exudes a warm, homely vibe. Additionally, it features a spa and a small gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day đ. The room was compact but tidy and clean, with well-functioning air conditioning that stayed quiet in "quiet" mode. The staff always greeted with smiles, making the entire stay feel relaxed and enjoyable đ.
The room layout was cozy yet well-organized. Though my room lacked an exterior window, it didnât affect my restâin fact, it added to the tranquility đ. A special shoutout to the breakfast! The spread was diverse, offering both Asian and Western options. Freshly made omelets, Vietnamese pho, and fruit salads were delicious and energizing đłđđ.
The hotelâs location is a food loverâs paradise! Itâs close to famous street food areas and markets, with lively night markets, bars, and restaurants. Walking distance to attractions like the War Remnants Museum makes it a win-win đśââď¸đ´.
Of course, no place is perfect. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the elevator could be slow at times, requiring some patience đ°. Rooms facing the street might be noisier, so if you prefer quiet, itâs worth requesting a different room. Overall, Vien Dong Hotelâs great value and prime location made my Ho Chi Minh City trip truly memorable đ.
Next time Iâm in Ho Chi Minh City, Iâd definitely consider staying here againâlooking forward to my next visit! đâ¤ď¸
