On my way to Naoshima Island via Shinkansen follow by a local line from UNO. Arrives at UNO port - take a ferry to Naoshima . Please be prepared that the road and ferry trip to Naoshima Island had increased price and indeed a lot more costly however it’s not expensive with definitely 💯 worth the trip . On the side note - you might consider stay a night on the island to make it more worthwhile trip

It was very colorful, and I was surprised to find things like umbrellas stuck in it when I got closer. From here, I boarded a ship and headed to Naoshima and Takamatsu.
