There is a network of trails along Ulriken, which is a popular hike with several paths up ranging from steep to not so steep. Having a pre-nuptial photoshoot there was really an amazing experience. Bergen is an absolutely breathtaking travel destination for nature lovers and it's beautiful in every season 💙 We went for autumn vibes. Here are some tips: 💡Norway can be pricey so I'd recommend prebooking hotel & car rental arrangements at least a month earlier. 💡Fjord tour will be the signature of the trip! We went on a bus trip mixed with a 2hr Cruise ending at Flam for late lunch and then an amazing final stop at the viewpoint Stegastein. Worth the money - about 180£pp. We booked all tours on Getyourguide. 💡If you're on a budget and prefer a cheaper Fjord cruise then Mostraumen Cruise will be your best option. Ends at Mo a small town surrounded by two beautiful waterfalls! Looking at 60-70£pp 💡Fish market in Bergen city center is a must visit location! Aurora salmon was the best salmon I've ever had! 💡There are two cable car options, Ulriken and Floyen. Ulriken is quite pricey and we thought it wasn't worth as Floyen provides pretty much the same scenery with beautiful hiking areas, cafes and restaurants. We prebooked our tickets online in order to skip the long queue - about 28£ for two. Ulriken will be 50£ for two. Last year in May, I have been Bergen to visit this beautiful mountain Ulriken. The scenery was beautiful and stunning with the snow covering the mountains.
