The menu is themed “spring” and hopes to emphasize fresh, light ingredients and mouthfeel.
The menu includes five main courses (Hokkaido scallop, Lobster Bouillabaisse, Fujihashi Yumeou egg & Morel, Marble goby, Quail) and a dessert (Pistachio Tiramisù).
