I stayed at the Moriaki Ryokan in Ikaho Onsen, Gunma last summer. The ryokan is located near the stone steps of Ikaho Onsen and is quite large. Mizusawa udon is one of the three major udon in Japan, and it has a chewy texture that goes down easily and is delicious. Udon, soup and tempura are all delicious.
