The park is located literally right outside Tsuen Wan West MTR station and is a good 10 mins walk from the center of the older part of Tsuen Wan. There's also various ferries departing from the pier so it's a highly accessible park. With lots of open area and seating area, the park is a much needed oasis from the bustling busy city. You can also run along the waterfront as well as bike along the path. It's quite relaxing here as there's direct access to the sea.
