#malaccatrip I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The hotel itself has a beautiful, luxurious design, and the lobby makes a fantastic first impression with its elegant decor. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful city view. The bed was very cozy, and the bathroom was spotless, stocked with high-quality toiletries. The staff was generally friendly and attentive. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the concierge was helpful with local recommendations. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options, from fresh fruit to made-to-order omelets, catering to many tastes. However, I did experience a few issues that took away from the stay. The elevators were very slow, which was frustrating, especially during busy check out hours. I found myself waiting several minutes just to get down to the lobby. On top of that, breakfast was a bit chaotic. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes to be seated one morning, which wasn’t ideal when I had plans. Overall, this hotel has potential, but the slow elevators and breakfast seating delays made it feel less organized than I expected for a hotel at this level. I’d consider staying again but would request a late check out to solve this problem and hope these issues are improve. Thanks.
