The beautiful Trevi Fountain ⛲️
#rometrip
Getting There - The Trevi Fountain is fountain in the Trevi district of Rome designed by an Italian architect back in the 17th - 18th century. It was designed by Nicola Salvi but different architects completed it. Getting to it is easy, you simply have to go to the Quirinale district in Rome, very close to the main station of Roma Termini.
Attractions - I can say that you cannot complete or saying to have made your trip to Rome without visiting this baroque masterpiece. There are many attractions near by such as Carrabba Marble.
Hotels - Hotel Fontana named by the fountain is cheap option however, if you are looking for more luxury experience you may want to option for Umiltà 36 or Singer Palace.
Food & Restaurants - Breakfast at hotel Fontana is really cool, for 15 euro you can really get a good breakfast while watching the fountain. Piccolo buco is well know for pizza near the fountain and trattoria Al Moro for local food.
Shopping - Trevi Galleria, La Rinascente and many botteghino. Botteghino sells cool items! if you are up for some high end brands, I would suggest you to go to Via del Corso in Rome.
Have a fun!

super crowded
Getting There - there are many ways to get to trevi fountain, I got there via e-scooter, you can hire these in the uber app when you’re traveling to Italy
Attractions - it is said that if you throw a coin into the fountain with your dominant hand over your opposite shoulder, your wishes will come true.
Hotels - I did not stay within walking distance to the trevi, but there are many nearby
Food & Restaurants - I would recommend to avoid the tourist trap and walk slightly further from the fountain for a more authentic Rome gastro experience. suppli is a must try when you’re in Rome, it’s only served in Rome and anywhere else isn’t the same.

Make a Wish at Trevi Fountain
The trip to Rome is only complete when you make a wish by tossing coins to the Trevi Fountain. It is the most beautiful fountain in Rome. Amazing ancient structures made of marble. The myth is that if you toss one coin, you will return to Rome. Two and three means you will fall in love and get married. All the money collected will go to the charity. The place was super crowded. Please be aware of pickpockets. It opens 24 hous.

💫 A WISH FOR A CAUSE💫
The Trevi Fountain, also known as the Fontana di Trevi, must be seen on any trip to Rome. The Trevi Fountain, one of the most beautiful fountains in the world, is situated in Rome's Quirinale neighborhood. But this well-known fountain is much more than just beautiful.
Now comes the crucial part: carrying out your wishes successfully! According to lore, you must turn around, facing away from the fountain, and throw your coin in over your shoulder for your wish to come true. According to a tale, if you do this, you've ensured that you'll be visiting Rome again. Additionally, it is supposed that if you place a second coin in the Trevi Fountain, an Italian man will win your heart. That is love!
Every year, people pour almost $1 million into the fountain, and it benefits a worthy cause.
In accordance with a report from June 2017, tourists at the Trevi Fountain threw $1.5 million into the fountain. Roman charities receive the money when it has been gathered. Therefore, you may feel secure knowing that any coins you choose to toss into the fountain while visiting Rome will benefit a worthy cause. The money will continue to go to charity, the mayor of Rome promised locals and tourists only last summer. The money taken from the fountain is sent to the Catholic charity Caritas, which works to aid AIDS sufferers as well as the destitute and oppressed. Now, that’s a wish for a cause! 💫💕☺️#tripblazers #romeitaly #italytravel #urbanexplorer #celebratewithtrip
Majean Marvels
Fountain at the three cross roads
Trevi Fountain is unequivocally the largest Baroque fountain in Rome and possibly one of the most famous fountains in the world. I am sure many of you would have remember the disappointment some tourists had when it was closed for renovations back in 2014 and 2015. Now that it is renovated, the next one will not be so soon, right? I certainly hope so because I also do not like it being covered by facade.
Trevi Fountain has appeared in so many famous movies and it attracts around 7 to 10 million visitors per year. The area around Trevi is always crowded so the best time to enjoy yourselves is to go very early in the morning. Then you will have it all by yourselves. There are many vendors trying to sell you selfie sticks and offer to take a photo for your loved ones and you. So if you are not interested, be sure to politely decline their offers.

Rome more, worry less
I have visited Rome once and rest assured I will be going back. There is so much to experience in this beautiful city. We've spent an entire day in Vatican City alone. Went to St. Peter’s Basilica one of the churches many tourists flock to as part of the Rome experience. Understandably, they are must-see venues of the city. I was in awe walking through the halls. There was beauty at every corner. The ceilings displayed intricate religious paintings. Then we visited the Colosseum (a must visit place when you're in Rome) and also Trevi Fountain. The fountain is so beautiful with a number of sculptures and the ornate building face. This place is so packed with people and tourists but it is absolutely worth the visiting.
In conclusion, Rome is a fantastic destination regardless of the occasion. Whether exploring the streets, tasting the local cuisine, admiring the architecture and artworks, or exploring and learning about its rich history, there is something for everyone to see/do in the city. Give yourself a treat and go experience breathtaking Rome.

Beautiful Rome 😍
#eurotrip
Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi) is the most celebrated fountain, designed by Italian architect Nicola Salvi and probably one of the most famous fountain in the world.
Stand with your back to it and throw a coin over your left side into the fountain, to come back again. At night, the fountain is even more spectacular.
Rome generally looks different by night, so it is nice to walk around the historical centre in the evening.
Piazza Navona and Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi - Not far from Trevi Fountain is Piazza Navona, a famous baroque square dominated by Bernini’s Fiumi Fountain (Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi). There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around this area which are overpriced and basically a tourist trap.
We had a dinner with a view here but my pasta was too aldente and we really paid the price for the view, rather than for the food. Might be a better idea to sit down and get a coffee whilst enjoying the view of the piazza.

The Trevi Fountain
Trevi Fountain is actually a small fountain. There are many fountains in Rome, but this one is the most elegant. The sculptures on the front of the fountain are the sea god and the sea horse. The fountain is also one of the locations for the film "Roman Holiday". The princess passed by the wishing pool and took care of it in the barber shop next door to the wishing pool. Although there is no barber shop now, if you eat an ice cream and throw a coin, you can still play it. Many girls are throwing coins, saying that they are throwing coins with their left hand and you will come to Rome again.
Morning light, the photo on the left side of the wishing pool is black, you can go to the right to shoot, the afternoon light is the best, the night light is pretty good, but there are too many people at night, if people are small, it is still beautiful. .

There is no doubt that Rome is the first time that will make you fall in love with the city. He experienced things like the legendary four-year-old man, his calm humility, tolerance, fraternity, trying to converge the light. But once in contact, and have not the way to escape his attraction to prepare willing to sink before you set foot on this land! According to mythology, the Roman city built by the brothers Romulus and Remus in 753 BC. First of Rome the capital of the Roman Republic, and later the capital of the Roman Empire, and then later to the 4th century AD. Where it became the center of the whole Christian world, today on the streets of Rome also left a large number of ancient buildings: the Roman Forum, Augustine. All of which one of the most romantic ruins Adams' mausoleum, the tomb of Hadrian, the Pantheon, Trajan's column, Marcus Aurelius column and so is Trevi fountain - Fontana di Trevi, designer Nicola Salvi. Fountain in the center of Roman mythology Poseidon Ni Pule (ie, Greece Phrase Poseidon), at the foot astride two horses. Being pulled by two points fishtail personal bodyguard, left without a jieao tame, docile that easy-going on the right, is a symbol of peace and raging rivers. Trevi Fountain is the world's most significant amount of money to swallow a Trevi Fountain. Reportedly backs right hand holding a coin fountain located on one side of the heart through the left shoulder thrown back. Throw a coin into the Trevi fountain to return to Rome again, repeating the same action would have cast two Aventure, cast three. Wishing you love a dream come true, it has also become tourists will punch each project in Rome.
JOJO’s wonderful trip.

My visit to Rome was filled with history and elegance, making me feel like I was walking through an open-air museum!
I started my journey by visiting the Colosseum, a magnificent landmark that bears witness to the history of the Roman Empire. I was captivated by its scale and the astonishing architectural design that tells fascinating stories of a bygone era. 🏟️⏳
Next, I wandered around the Roman Forum, where I was surrounded by ancient ruins that were once the center of political and social life in ancient Rome. Every corner held memories of the ancient past. 🏛️❤️
One of the highlights of this trip was the Trevi Fountain, where I tossed a coin with the hope of returning to Rome someday. The atmosphere around the fountain was filled with energy and magic. 💧🌼
Of course, the food in Rome is unforgettable! I enjoyed tasting traditional pasta and delicious Italian pizza at local restaurants, each meal reflecting the authentic flavors of exquisite Italian cuisine. 🍕🍝

Baroque Watercolor Masterpiece
The Trevi Fountain in Rome, Italy, is one of the most famous fountains in the world and an icon of the Baroque era. It is renowned for its luxurious design that beautifully combines stunning sculptures with flowing water. Standing at approximately 26 meters high and 49 meters wide, it is the largest fountain in the city.
Visitors to the fountain are known for throwing coins into it. According to legend, if you throw a coin over your shoulder with your back to the fountain, you will return to Rome. The coins are collected daily and the money is allocated to charitable organizations.
The design of the fountain reflects the theme of 'Taming of the Waters,' with a central statue of Neptune, the god of the sea, standing on a chariot pulled by sea creatures.

The Trevi Fountain, built in the 1700s, is perhaps one of Rome's most iconic structures. Erected on the site of an ancient Roman water source, the fountain is made of the same material as the Colosseum (travertine stone). The Trevi Fountain serves as a modern marvel that links back to Rome's fabled past.
Entry to the Trevi Fountain is free. Anyone can go to the attraction. Combo tickets to other attractions can cost between €12 to €69, depending on the attractions covered.

Trevi Fountain-Fountain of dreams✨
The Trevi Fountain stands out as a monumental testament to Baroque artistry and engineering. As the largest fountain in Rome, and arguably one of the most exquisite Baroque structures worldwide, the Trevi Fountain is more than just an attraction; it's a symbol of Rome's rich artistic heritage.
The Trevi Fountain is one of the most incredible sites in all of Rome and one of the best parts is that its free and always open. You can see it in the morning, afternoon, or night!
We visited the fountain in the morning but as its very popular attraction point in Rome,it’s always crowded.Make sure when you are planning to visit the fountain visit early in the morning so that you can capture best photographs.

1. Fountain De Trevi
Address - Piazzi di Trevi Roma, Italy
You can visit the Trevi fountain both during the day and in the evening, when it is illuminated by beautiful lighting.
Highlights -
The most famous fountain in the capital of Italy and perhaps even the world must be the ‘Fontana di Trevi’, or Trevi Fountain. This baroque fountain, located on the Piazza di Trevi, was built in the 18th century and a must see at the list of 'best things to do in Rome'. The landmark and monument displays the god of the sea, Neptune on his chariot. No visit or Rome sightseeing is complete without tossing a coin in the Trevi Fountain, as this means the person throwing the coin will ‘one day return to Rome Italy’.
2. La Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi
Address - Rome, Piazza Navona
Highlights -
The Fountain of the Four Rivers, the four statues representing the Donau, Ganges, Nile and Rio de la Plata
3. Fontana Del Nettuno
Address - Piazza della Signoria, Florence
Highlights -
This is the work of Bartolomeo Ammannati (1560-74) and was recently restored in 2019. What you see is a classical image of Neptune, peering to his left. He stands on carriage pedestal with horses bursting from the fountain basin. Water spouts into the basin from various positions. The basin is then surrounded by mythical beings. It is a beautiful fountain and addition to the monument scene on the square

The Magic of the Trevi Fountain in Rome | Make Your Wish at the Trevi Fountain!
#summerdestinations
The Trevi Fountain, or "Fontana di Trevi," is one of Rome's most iconic landmarks and an emblem of baroque art and culture. Nestled in the heart of the Italian capital, this magnificent fountain stands in the Trevi district, where three main streets converge, creating a picturesque and historic setting 🌟.
Dating back to the ancient Roman era, the fountain's water originally flowed from the Aqua Virgo aqueduct, built by Agrippa in 19 BC. The modern Trevi Fountain, however, was designed in 1732 by Nicola Salvi and completed in 1762 by Giuseppe Pannini after 30 years of intricate craftsmanship. It has since become one of the most famous fountains in Rome, and the largest baroque fountain in the world 🎨⛲.
The fountain's central figure is Neptune, the god of the sea, majestically riding a shell-shaped chariot pulled by two Tritons and seahorses. The seahorses represent the dual nature of the ocean, with one wild and the other tame, symbolizing the sea's varying moods. Flanking Neptune are statues representing abundance and health, adding to the fountain's rich symbolism and showcasing the exquisite sculptural art of ancient Rome 🐚🌊.
Visiting the Trevi Fountain is not just about admiring its beauty—it's also about participating in a beloved tradition. Legend has it that if you throw a coin over your left shoulder with your right hand into the fountain, you are guaranteed to return to Rome one day. This ritual has made the Trevi Fountain a place of dreams and wishes, with countless visitors contributing to its sparkling waters every day 💫💰.
The Trevi Fountain is particularly enchanting at night. Under the soft glow of the lights, the fountain's statues and cascading water create a romantic and almost magical atmosphere. The square around the fountain often buzzes with tourists and street performers, adding to the lively and charming ambiance of this must-visit Roman site 🌃🎭.
Whether you're there to make a wish, marvel at its artistry, or simply soak in the atmosphere, the Trevi Fountain is a place where history, legend, and beauty come together, making it one of Rome's most treasured spots.
