🇰🇷Must try the local village ginseng chicken soup in Seoul🍲😋 #Super cost-effective😍
When I came to Korea 🇰🇷, my friend recommended me to go to a century-old shop - Tusu Ginseng Chicken Soup 🍲, to nourish myself in the extremely cold ❄️ Korea. 🤭 So we came here with excitement to try this very famous century-old shop. 😆
As soon as I entered the store, it was packed with people. The interior decoration adopts the Korean house design 🎎, which is antique and covers a large area. There are many houses, and they are connected. It feels a bit like a Chinese courtyard house. I feel a bit lost inside.
As soon as we sat down, we ordered ginseng chicken soup for two. Ordering/communication was no problem as the waiter could speak basic English. After waiting for a while, the food was served. The waiter brought small and large side dishes, sauces, ginseng chicken soup, ginseng wine and tea. It was such a grand occasion that the place became steamy.
The ginseng chicken soup in front of you is really not to be underestimated. Not only is the portion large, but it also contains a lot of ingredients🤩. In addition to the whole chicken, it is also filled with glutinous rice, red dates, chestnuts and other ingredients, which is very nutritious! And, most importantly, a large piece of ginseng is also served whole 😍😍. The dish only costs 19,000 won, but the boss actually uses so much ingredients. He is really a conscientious merchant! Thumbs up 👍🏻
After waiting for a while until the soup was not so hot, we started eating! As soon as I drank the soup, I felt warm all over 🔥, and it tasted very fresh and sweet, without any MSG taste! The chicken is very tender and meaty ☺️ The ginseng wine is very fragrant. The food and drinks left a lingering taste on our teeth.
The weather has been so cold these days, but I didn't expect that I felt much warmer after drinking it. The same thing happened the next day, and I didn't need to wear a coat anymore😂😂
