Timbre is a well-known brand in Singapore that owns dining establishments with spaces for performances. This new concept of putting together shipping containers as the theme is quite unique, and the hawkers actually operate out of these containers. Food is fairly affordable and there’s a wide variety to eat your hearts out! Timbre+ is one of the subsidiaries of Timbre Group, One Punggol Hawker Centre is managed by Timbre group, located at 1 Punggol Drive, Singapore 828629 and is around 200 meters 3 minutes walk from Sam Kee LRT station. It is open daily from 0700-2200. One Punggol Hawker Centre with 34 stalls and around 700 seats, serving locals and international cuisines. Eng kee chicken wing (#02-34) the famed chicken wings are about their seasoning and the way they are fried that keeps the inside moist and juicy. Lim Bo Malaysia fruit Rojak (#02-11) had a mix of flavours and textures- sweet, salty, tangy, soft and crunchy. They fry the prawn fritters and you tiao before serving with the fruits ( mango, cucumber, etc) and their special prawn paste mix together. No. 25 minced meat noodle ( #02-28), the cheapest noodle is around $4 with the soup, so I ordered their signature type at $8. You can taste the smokiness of dried sole in the bowl of noodles with minced meat and crispy pork lard. The umami flavours of meat in the soup with pig livers, sliced pork, fuzhou ball and meatball. There is plenty of delicious food here, for you to discover and taste. After that, you can proceed downstairs for the Live screenings for the FIFA World Cup 2022.

So much to choose from with such reasonable hawker price, no wonder this place is filled with people even on a Monday. With live band starting from 1930 - 2200. Of course there are also draft beers, craft beers and such to sing the night away. If there is a crowd on Monday alone, just imagine on the weekends. It's insanely pack out!
