The boss is from Hainan, so it's easier to communicate with him in Mandarin, and the price is reasonable. Because the kitchen is open, there is no need to worry about being replaced. The boss also said that he didn’t have a freezer, so there was no need to exchange goods, so we could rest assured. The boss helped us pick the seafood because we didn’t know how to choose. We picked a 1.9 kg live blue dragon, a blue crab, and three oysters, all of which were fresh and the prices were similar, but you could still bargain a little. It’s just that the blue crabs were not very well selected. The green crab roe was a bit bitter, but the yellow crab roe was still very sweet and had a lot of meat. I didn’t expect Thai oysters to taste so good, very sweet and with the taste of sea water. Suggestion: Try not to eat frozen shrimps and crabs. Frozen ones are definitely much cheaper, but if you don’t know how to choose fresh ones, it’s better to eat them alive.
