The airport pick-up is convenient and the transportation is impeccable! The location is first-rate, you don't have to squeeze in the crowds, and you can explore the ancient city of Rome at any time. The hotel's design and interiors exude old-world charm, and you'll feel like you've stepped back in time to that glorious era. The lobby is amazingly spacious, like being in a palace. The check-in experience was very pleasant. The front desk reception was warm and thoughtful, which gave people a particularly good feeling. The rooms are nice, classic and elegant, nicely appointed, but in need of some updating. However, the spa pool and fitness center are well equipped to help you relax. 🍹 As for the room experience, the comfort of the bed was absolutely impeccable and I had a really good sleep. However, some rooms have some minor issues to watch out for, such as slightly outdated decor or slight noise. The room was well equipped, the bathroom was large and my experience was quite good compared to what some reviewers have said. If you choose the side facing Via Veneto, there are two balconies with a beautiful view. ☕️🌿 There are many authentic Roman restaurants near the hotel, such as DOC EnoBistrot and Bar Palomba, which offer a variety of delicious food to suit different tastes. There are also many cafes for you to enjoy your meal slowly. If you want to buy a souvenir or take your friends to see the scenery, places like the Roman Forum and the Pantheon are not far away, so you can start your exploration journey at any time. 🌸 Of course, even the most perfect place has its flaws. The WiFi connection in the room is sometimes unstable, which seems a bit backward in this digital age. Some facilities are a bit old, especially the bathroom needs some improvement, but the overall atmosphere and service make up for these minor shortcomings. 🏰✨ Overall, I was impressed by The Westin Excelsior, Rome with its unbeatable location, classic luxury decor, and friendly service.
