The St. Regis Yalong Bay in Sanya can't be considered a completely family-friendly hotel, but it is the most suitable for families among the luxury resorts in Sanya! 1️⃣ Many articles about Sanya hotels have mentioned that the sand quality in Yalong Bay is not good after reclamation, and the sand at Yalong Bay beach is indeed very coarse and no longer has the delicate white sand feeling of the past. However, the impact on the beach near the St. Regis is surprisingly not that significant, at least it's much finer than the sand on Yalong Bay beach. 2️⃣ The garden design of the St. Regis public area is quite beautiful. All my photos are without any color correction or Photoshop, and I was truly amazed when I first arrived. 3️⃣ The hotel has many amusement facilities on the beach, including a free mini-train and rainbow slide. You can wave to board the mini-train whenever you see it, and kids rode the rainbow slide N times. There are also wooden play facilities such as a rope bridge and slide under the rainbow slide. 4️⃣ The hotel has an infinity pool and a very large shaded pool. We ordered à la carte, and the menu prices are very expensive. ❎ The breakfast is really a very dissatisfying aspect of the St. Regis. There are very few varieties, and nothing tastes good, it's simply not as good as the ordinary Kaiyuan and Marriott. Buying breakfast for 188 per person is not cheap either, and if the room you booked doesn't include breakfast, I really don't recommend buying it separately. ✳️ The lobby bar afternoon tea is quite hot and you can't see the scenery, maybe it would be more pleasant to sit outside when the weather is cool, or it would be better to go to the pool bar for a drink. 👔【Service】: The St. Regis was previously famous for its butler service, but before going, I came across many negative reviews, so my expectations were not high and I felt it was okay. The butler service was basically responsive, which is much better than the Mandarin Oriental where there was no butler contact at all. The rumored hats are only for villa guests, and the small bags are out of stock, and the turndown service is just tidying up the bedding, which is really not as good as the hotels in Haitang Bay. For example, Atlantis gives a small dolphin to children when they check in, and the turndown service includes nougat and restocking the fridge with drinks and coffee. 🔚 Overall, the St. Regis is really a hotel in Yalong Bay that you can't miss. For families who like a leisurely vacation atmosphere, it's really the most suitable. The beach, coconut trees, and the gentle sea breeze 🌊 in Haitang Bay really can't be experienced, and I personally really like it‼️
