The Shigong Temple in autumn.
* The Shi Kefa Memorial Hall, also known as the Shigong Temple, is a famous historical site built in the Qing Dynasty to commemorate Shi Kefa, a national hero who resisted the Qing Dynasty at the end of the Ming Dynasty. In addition to classical buildings such as Shi Kefa's tomb, a square pavilion, and the Peony Hall, the memorial hall is also a garden-style celebrity memorial hall with a rich collection of Shi Kefa's cultural relics and historical materials.
* The memorial hall is located at No. 24, Guangchumenwa Street, Hanjiang District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, next to Meihualing. It is in a prime location, adjacent to Ge Garden and Dongguan Street. No reservation is required, and admission is free, but you need to bring your ID card for identity verification.
* Opening hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the last admission at 4:45 pm. In mid-to-late November, the garden is full of yellow apricots, making it an excellent place for photography enthusiasts.
* In terms of transportation, you can take a taxi, which costs CNY 10. Or take a bus to Shi Kefa Memorial Hall (Maternity and Child Health Hospital) Station, and walk 120 meters to the destination. In addition, shared electric vehicles in Yangzhou are also a convenient option, with a starting price of only CNY 2.
* During the tour, you can feel the ancient architectural style and the mottled stone stele wall carvings. It is quiet with few people, so you can immerse yourself in the long river of history.
* Finally, don't miss the ginkgo forest in autumn. The golden leaves and the ancient buildings complement each other, making it an excellent subject for photography.
