Hide in paradise. Edison is really a must-visit hotel in Haitang Bay, Sanya! If the budget is sufficient, it's really too comfortable! In the long road of Haitang Bay, Edison does not have tall buildings or grand gates, only winding paths through the green shade. After getting off the car, you see the concierge in a gray coat warmly welcoming and taking away the luggage, a special person follows to the front desk, and the path in front of you is that net red backlight bamboo forest, and Edison's special fragrance can only be smelled at the front desk. This stay is a full sea view fashion open suite, because it is too popular, it waited for 1 hour to check in. Breakfast is served at Market restaurant, it’s a complete buffet, with western and eastern choices, I was happily surprised that they even had decaf oat latte! I loved their pink dragon fruit that Rob explained us that it comes from a local farm near the hotel, that’s why it was so fresh! The hotel has 4 restaurants, during our stay we had european food at Egret, balinese sea food at Barbacoa and Hot pot/buffet at Market and all of them had delicious food, amazing atmosphere and attentive service! I recommend all of them! Every night we had drinks at Sky Bar, their rooftop bar, with an amazing view, DJ and great cocktails! The hotel has 4 pools and a small private beach, which is very nice as we didn’t see so many people on the same time in the pool and could relax and enjoy it a lot! We went for dinner at Egret, that is a sophisticated european restaurant. We sat on their beautiful terrrace, had seared tuna, croquette, ham and truffle sandwich, ribeye and churros. It was all delicious, the atmosphere is calming and perfect for a romantic dinner! We went for dinner at Barbacoa at The Sanya Edition and everything was beyond perfect! The atmosphere is amazing, live music, sand, trees, “bali lights”, lots of food and attentive staff! We were pleased to be served by Vic and she made our experience even better! We had the lobster set, prepared by balinese Chef Madi, and I definitely recommend it! We were staying at the hotel near The Edition and read some reviews about the Sky Bar there, so we decided to give it a go. The bar is located on the 12th floor of the main building. The view is nice, however we were not allowed to go to the outdoor lounge (we've been told that the outdoor place is a part of the package?). We sat inside, surprisingly, the atmosphere there was really relaxing, so we stayed there for few drinks. If you are staying in this hotel (or nearby) it's a great place to chill, but otherwise, I don't think it's really worth it. #summervacation#beachvacation#urbanexplorer

I had a business trip staying here for 5 days and I was so impressed by this beautiful hotel. They have a great team to create memories to their guests, efficient, generous and caring. The facilities here is fantastic, the private beach is walking distance,the lake, the pool and trees are tempting you to stay and take photos. This hotel is outstanding in every way: uncluttered ‘zen’ chic, striking architecture and landscaping, excellent service, SUPERB food, and an amazing swimming arrangement made up of an oasis of freshwater and warm seawater pools (more the size of a small lake) merging into each other. The food and the facilities have to be experienced; photos do not do them justice. The personal service, the excellent unobtrusive music, the fragrance of the gardens, the temperature and vastness of the seawater pool, the authentic taste of Balinese and Western food - each of these aspects alone deserves a visit. Combine them, and the effect is magic! Among the many hospitable and kind staff whom I would like to mention are Tina (she remembered us from our brief visit last year!) and Elsa of Egret, Super-chef Imade, Miranda and Teana of Barbacoa, Wisdom from the Market, Sunny and Harry in reception, and not least the attentive General Manager Rob who seemed to take time to warmly greet every guest. Fantastic resort. Huge tropical lay out with a lake in the middle. Service truly 5 star… international standard 5 star. Food great, staff great, kids have lots to do and a massive pool to play in. Beautiful surroundings, fantastic pools, wonderful food, and exeptional service from all the staff! My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time together on Sanya Edition Ocean Loft Suite. We stayed for 4 wonderful days, breakfast at Edition Market was incredibly wide in options, at least 4 sections, Great Asian and Western selection. Fresh squeezed juices, breads and cakes. On our second say we were surprised with a sweet present from the hotel, a romantic decoration with a delicious velvet cake and a gracious note from the Customer Service team, Nadine and her colleagues really gave us a surprise. Dinner at Barbacoa restaurant was a delight of taste, atmosphere and nice live music with the band. The staff was always helpful and kind from top to bottom, everyone really cared about our experience and we had a great time. #seasidephotoguide

But these are not important, the most attractive to me is the design style here, the hotel's public space design and the design of several swimming pools are almost perfect. It will not be awkward to take your child to the hotel for a whole day. Opened in December of 16th, and has a strong sense of design, it is the only Edison in Asia. When I chose the hotel, I watched the old-fashioned hotels. When I first saw theITION, it was bright, it was it!
