#familytravel Personally love this hotel because the entrance itself gives guests the very well first impression prior entering the hotel. There is a very nice and dimmed walkway for blending you while walking into the hotel environment. There are another 2 areas I love the most is the hotel swimming pool next to a gastrobar and their modern semi-fine dine restaurant named ATAS. The staff were very welcome and warmth, they even approach us the moment we exited from the lift.

Kuala Lumpur RuMa, which belongs to the same group as Shanghai Puli and Beijing Puxuan, is also a world-class hotel. Today, I'm staying in the RuMa suite, which is the only one in the hotel, equivalent to the presidential suite of the hotel! The view is amazing, with the living room and bedroom directly facing the Kuala Lumpur Twin Towers. After finishing the island vacation in Penang and Langkawi, I started the Staycation life in Kuala Lumpur. RuMa Hotel is located between the bustling Kuala Lumpur city center and the very peaceful Jalan Kia Peng Avenue, and is adjacent to the famous Kuala Lumpur City Center Park. The hotel perfectly presents the contemporary lifestyle - the design and technology like a work of art further highlight its extraordinary comfort and style! Awesome stay in this hotel. Home away from home. The hotel has very good location between KLCC and Pavilion. And would not afraid of the traffic jam front of Pavilion. Meanwhile, also hotel provide warm hearted service, likes complementary mini bar drinks and elegant breakfast. We love the roof pool and bar on the six floor, has a view of KLCC tower. Most significantly, the property has perfect design that combine local Malaysian culture, Chinese immigrant elements and virtual art. All of the staff are so friendly and polite . The RuMa Hotel & Residences is a hidden and incredible hotel for me, the design was amazing, from lobby to the room, it was all impressed me. Me and my colleague stayed at Corner studio (KL view), the room with a small living room, bathtub in toilet, and the room was bright enough and their curtains so different, most of the hotels using curtains but The RUMA is using some kind like wooden blinds, very unique. Their spa is also very comfortable, calm and you can feel Balinese style before you enter the spa entrance. Not to mention, their first hotel was in Shanghai, The PuLi. As im required to work during weekend, so i plan a short trip to The Ruma, KLCC so that i can work remotely from hotel while the kids can enjoy the fun in the city. The room is equiped with a comfortable working desk and sofa bed. The coffee machine that help me staying up late and a nice soaking tub when i felt tired and need to rest. While im working , the kids take a 5 minute walk to KLCC mall to watch movie and play at KLCC park. The swimming pool with KLCC background is so nice. Impressed by this warm welcome by the bell-crew left a lasting impression. We were then led via a corridor into a gorgeous bird-cage like atrium before a large set of doors were opened to reveal a stunning lobby. The first thing that caught my eye was the lobby’s Centre piece!

For those of us who like to explore on foot, it's the perfect choice. 🛋️🏊‍♂️Hotel Design and Facilities As soon as you walk into RuMa Hotel, you can feel the unique Malaysian early mining design elements, which are full of design! The spiral staircase in the lobby and the birdcage design are eye-catching. The room facilities are also very complete, with international long-distance calls, umbrellas, and ironing equipment, as well as drinking water equipment such as electric kettles and coffee/tea pots, so you don't have to worry about water problems. When we checked in, we were greeted by enthusiastic staff with special dandelion drinks and towels, which was really thoughtful. 🏨Room Experience We stayed in a 48-square-meter deluxe studio room with a beautiful view of the Twin Towers. The room has everything you need, and the bed is especially big and comfortable. After a long day out, a hot bath is a great way to relax, and the SANTAI pool bar downstairs is a great place to unwind. The only small downside is that the gym is a bit dark, but that doesn't affect the overall good impression. 🌍Nearby Recommendations There are many food options around RuMa Hotel. We went to the famous Old China Cafe to try the specialty coffee, and tried the local food red durian juice and tiger prawn tempura. There are also a few good Japanese restaurants, such as Nobu and Hanaya, which are a must-try for Japanese food lovers! In addition, it is very convenient to walk from the hotel to the main attractions in Kuala Lumpur. The night view of the Twin Towers is simply amazing, and it's perfect for a walk after a big meal every night. The Pavilion shopping mall is also nearby, so it's super convenient for shopping, and you can find everything you want. Nice hotel environment clean

The Ruma Hotel and Residences Kuala Lumpur It shows that it's a 5-star hotel in 2024. My personal experience: 1. The location is good. You can go directly to KLCC by crossing the road and passing through a building. 2. The hotel is very new, and the decoration and design are very aesthetic. It looks really good. Almost every! single! place! looks good. 3. The bedding is quite comfortable. 4. The bathroom, washroom, and shower room are very user-friendly, with dry and wet separation, and the dressing table is also very convenient (although I don't use it). 5. The overall decoration of the room is very local, but it doesn't feel old or gloomy. 6. There is ice water in the mini fridge, so you don't have to freeze it yourself, which is great for me, hahaha! The drinks in the minibar are enough to drink. 7. I think it's very clean. The coffee cups, wine glasses, coffee spoons... I checked and there were basically no water stains, and the bathroom was the same. There were no stains on the sofa (maybe because it's new). I think these aspects are very good. 8. It should be i-friendly, you can almost stay in the room and get everything done through room service. In addition, I went out for more than two hours in the afternoon, and when I came back, I found that the bed in the room was made, the lights in the room were adjusted to a night atmosphere, and the bathroom mat was also laid. They also thoughtfully put water and a cup on the bedside table. The hotel should have arranged it according to the guests' situation (I didn't press "Do Not Disturb" when I went out). Although it was a little surprise, I was also a little scared, hahaha, after all, someone came into the room, and I'm not used to it. (They probably knocked on the door and didn't press "Do Not Disturb", so they came in as usual to prepare for the night.) In short, it's OK, hahaha. Stepping into the hotel lobby, the enthusiastic service is like a spring breeze. The staff's kind smile and professional attitude make people feel at home instantly. The efficiency and thoughtfulness of the check-in process has opened a wonderful chapter for the entire journey. There is only a slight inconvenience in language communication. The hotel staff is fluent in English, but not very good at Chinese. Stepping into the room, the Nanyang style is coming. The carefully designed decoration style perfectly combines the old Nanyang charm with modern comfort. Every piece of art seems to be telling the story of history, and the wooden shutters and ceiling fans add a strong exotic atmosphere. I specially booked a view room for the charming Twin Towers night view.
