Best fish soup in Singapore

I really love the fish soup for this restaurant at Dusit Thani hotel called The Nest! The broth is amazing and has a little spicy kick to it just to add the extra dimension of flavour. It is a little inaccessible to get to as the hotel is surrounded by golf courses but it’s definitely something to try if you are in the east. Plus the food is generally quite affordable too. The ambience isn’t the most relaxing as the noise levels get quite loud with the crowds and it’s better to come in the day when the natural sunlight makes the place feel a bit brighter.
