You can never get enough of it! The Metropolitan Museum of Art, a symbol of New York.
The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York is a representative museum of the city, and its vast collection is truly astonishing. The museum showcases art from various eras and cultures, offering a comprehensive view of global art history. In particular, the European Painting Gallery features masterpieces by renowned artists such as Monet and Van Gogh, and the modern art section is equally impressive. The museum is so extensive that I regretted not having enough time to see everything. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in art.

How can you not visit a museum when you're in New York? Visit these three museums to learn about New York's past and present.
Museums are the eyes of a city. From them, you can see the soul of the city. To understand a city, you should go to its museum. Exquisite paintings, meticulous statues, abstract installation art... When you encounter these in a city museum, the past and present of the city will be vividly displayed before your eyes. The same goes for New York! How can you not visit a museum? Don't look at New York's flashy and noisy appearance. In fact, his heart has always been a cultural person with a deep historical background. Follow my footsteps to these three museums to learn about New York's past and present!
Metropolitan Museum of Art If you come to New York, if you haven't been to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, you will think about it afterwards, you will definitely regret it! This is one of the world's four major museums, along with the British Museum in London, the Louvre in Paris, France, and the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia! The interior design of the Metropolitan Museum of Art mimics the historical styles of different periods, from the ancient Roman style of the 1st century to the modern American style. The collections in the museum are all-encompassing. This is not only a gathering place for art, but also a gathering place for history and culture. When you go to more and more places, every time you walk into this comprehensive museum, there is a wonderful illusion of time and space interlacing and blending: one second before you are in Egypt, the next second you will be in India; one second before you are in the Shang Dynasty in China, the next second is the European Renaissance; one second before the Khmer dynasty was just invaded by the Siamese army, the next second the Inca civilization has been extinct by Spanish colonists... There is a feeling of concentrated screening of global travel memories.
American Museum of Natural History Located in Washington, D.C., as the world's largest museum system: one of the sixteen museums under the Smithsonian Museum, the National Museum of Natural History in the United States opened in 1910, and the American Museum of Natural History is the world's largest natural history museum. Here, the collections of paleontology and anthropology rank first among museums around the world, with a large number of fossils, dinosaurs, birds, Indian and Eskimo replicas. And this is also the shooting location of the movie "Night at the Museum 1"!
Guggenheim Museum It is one of the most famous private museums in the world. The New York branch is the headquarters, and there are four branches around the world. Many people come here to see the architectural style of this museum! The white spiral structure is unique, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, the most famous architect of the 20th century in the United States. It is better to say that this pure white building is full of artworks, but this building itself is a perfect artwork. The Guggenheim Museum, located opposite Central Park, looks like a white headband wrapped around the columnar direction from the outside. Every inch of space in the museum is filled with a cold sense of transparency, which makes the characteristics of all artworks more prominent, and it is very suitable for a weekend trip.

Visit New York's Central Park.
Central Park is the largest urban park in New York. It is located in the middle of Manhattan, New York, where there are many skyscrapers. The park covers an area of 3.4 million square meters, is about 4,100 meters long from north to south, and only 800 meters wide from east to west. It is the largest man-made natural landscape in the world. one. It was the first urban park in American history designed by Frederick Law Olmsted (1822-1903) and fellow architect Calvert Vaux (1824-1895).
After visiting the Metropolitan Museum that morning, we turned left and entered Central Park. The park is very large, with large lawns and old trees on both sides of the road. Little squirrels and various birds are jumping around on the lawn; There are also many tourists pushing strollers to rest on the lawn, lying on the grass and reading books, or riding in groups on the park roads. Because we entered Central Park after leaving the museum, we could see a tall obelisk in the distance. When we came back to do some homework, we realized that this was not an ordinary stone monument. The original name of this obelisk was "Clio" "Cleopatra's Needle" (Cleopatra's Needle) was built in Egypt in 1600 BC. It is 21 meters high and weighs about 220 tons. It was a gift from the Governor of Egypt to the U.S. Consul General in Cairo in 1869. In 1881, it was placed behind the Metropolitan Museum of Art in Central Park.
Cleopatra's Needle is the common name of three ancient Egyptian obelisks - one in New York, one in London and one in Paris.
The obelisk is one of the masterpieces of ancient Egypt and a monument to the worship of the sun in ancient Egypt. Apart from the pyramids, it can almost become the most distinctive symbol of ancient Egyptian civilization. In 1831, the Governor of Egypt, Mohammed Ali, decided to "gift" one of the obelisks to French King Louis Philippe in order to better communicate with France. This obelisk now stands on the Place de la Concorde in Paris.
This obelisk in Central Park is about 3,600 years old, which is much older than the Tender Temple mentioned in my last note. The Temple of Dender was built around 15 BC, more than 2,000 years ago. In the 1960s, Egypt was building the Aswan Dam. Many famous cultural relics and monuments would be submerged in the reservoir. The United States paid for the relocation of several of them. Egypt is really unable to save this small temple, which is about 2,000 years old, and can only let it submerge in the water. Egypt said to the United States: If you have the ability to dismantle it, I will give it to you. The American people were so impressed that the temple was temporarily dismantled, and a total of 800 tons of materials were packed into 640 containers and shipped to the United States. According to the original plan, the temple would be placed on the riverside in Washington or Boston and presented to the public in an open-air manner. However, considering that the sandstone of the main body of the temple is easily eroded by wind and rain, the U.S. government decided to permanently display it in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. After ten years of construction, the Tender Temple was officially opened to the public in 1978 and gained a new lease of life.

Amazing collection of arts
#artshunting
The Metropolitan Museum of Art is one of the world’s top museums and by far the largest in the American. My advice is to get a map. It is super big .When you walk in the front door there are three options: left, right, or straight. So at least you know which type of art you keen in from the map so you can save some time .
It can be very crowded with long line after lunch so try to go early . Not sure how much the ticket is but I remember it a bit steep but still worth the visit .

New York - city of fashion
The fashion section of the Metropolitan Museum of Art is visually stunning - there are multiple layers of stimulation when you look at the lighting, the colours, the dummies, and somehow the temperature inside the museum. You get goose bumps simply out of respect and awe! If you become a member of the museum, they send you really informative highlights of its activities and updates of artists. The souvenir shops have a great collection of fashion design and sewing books…I ended up adding a lot of pounds to my suitcase! #CelebrateWithTrip #newyork #fashion #museum

Beautiful art collect of the Met
The Met is a world famous art museum that has an extensively varied collection that spans different eras and different places.
The exterior of the building is already a very beautiful building. It's really grand and stands at the edge of central park. The steps of the museum are a great place to grab a bite to eat; an iconic scene from different shows and movies.
The collection contained without the Met is simply priceless. The collections are nicely organized and you'll find pieces from the ancient eras all the way to the more modern era. Further, they flow nicely between collections. One of my favorite pieces is the Temple of Dendur, which is a temple supplanted from Egypt. The whole area around the temple is meticulously designed and feels very relaxing.
Overall, The Met is a must visit if you're in New York. The museum has an extensive and varied collection. The ticket price is a bit high but definitely worth the visit. You can easily spend a day exploring the different pieces.

If you can only go to one museum in this life, then I 100% recommend you to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. 👍🏻
Here contains the essence of all civilizations in the world, each exhibit is amazing! You can't finish it for three days and nights. The point is, the tickets here are only $ 25.💰

The largest museum in New York is also the location for many movies.
The movie "Beijing Meets Seattle", Julie's heart of the Metropolitan Museum. The super thrilling and interesting theft process of the movie "The Crossing the Sea" also took place in the Metropolitan Museum.
"Morning Anchor" in a picture, the female host's superior seems to need to participate in an event held here, so look at the equipment to know that it must be a large event is really an occasion.
This has to be said that the use of the Metropolitan Museum is not just the museum itself. In 15 years, it also hosted a large "New York Metropolitan Fashion Festival", and the grand party of the fashion industry will choose the metropolis. The museum is held, so the scenes told in the movie are also reasonable.
This is a huge art treasure house with four blocks, including more than 3 million pieces of precious exhibits from various countries. It takes a few days to really visit the famous church. Getting tickets requires you to tear off a place that is easy to see on your body, so that you can get in and out. The voice interpreter can also be exchanged at the service desk, of course, this is a fee. However, compared to the exhibitions in the Metropolis, it is quite advisable to rent one, otherwise you really can't understand!
There are different styles of art exhibitions in different museums. I did not plan my own routes according to the map distribution, just where to look. I will walk into the Middle East for a while and modern photography art. For a while, it will be a Renaissance painting. Too many exhibits cant be seen at all. To say art, it may not be carried up.

How to make photographs in the museum

Metropolitan Museum of Art consists of three floors, including costumes, Greek and Roman art, primitive art, weapons and armor, European sculpture and decorative arts, American art, R. Lyman collection, ancient Near Eastern art, medieval art, Far East Art, Islamic Art, 19th Century European Paintings and Sculptures, Prints, Sketches and Photos, 20th Century Art, European Paintings, Musical Instruments and Temporary Exhibitions 18 showrooms and showrooms.
Many little friends don't know how to take pictures in the museum. In fact, most museums are beautiful buildings. They can be mounted on a tripod. They use the effect of time-lapse photography and remain motionless in the crowd, just like our temple in Dand. Play before the shadowless hand! You can also look at the sculpture or the painting, and look at the exhibition carefully~

Metropolitan Museum of Art The largest museum in the United States, divided into 17 exhibition areas, including European oil paintings and sculptures, American modern art works, Asian art museums and so on. Up to now, the museum currently has a collection of 3 million exhibits. It is one of the world's largest museums. It is also one of the world's three major museums along with the British Museum and the Louvre.
This museum is worth seeing a lot. It is lost when you accidentally. I don't think it is enough to go shopping all day, and the museum takes the form of donate, and can decide how much to give it. It is very close to the people.
You can learn a lot in it, the whole museum covers the wireless network, you can download The Met App, and you can also download the audio guide for free.

The Metropolitan Museum of the United States, the solemn appearance, the complicated exterior architecture, the sacred and offensive art palace, make people curious, and the classical American architecture is more solemn and embarrassing. Walking in is a splendid and splendid palace-like art sanctuary. There are more than 3 million collections here, and its more and more amazing. It is more like a feast of art. It contains a variety of art collections from all over the world, and it also reveals the development of human civilization history. What is more here is shocking but few people really understand the value of art. Every collection here is invaluable, it is the best witness of art, and it is the best foundation for civilization. In addition to the brilliance and brilliance, there is more of a high respect for art.

Because I have been to Egypt, the first stop of the Metropolitan Museum went to the treasure of the town hall. The Egyptian temple, I have to say that the richness of the collection is staggering. I have to say that the Metropolitan Museum is very big, and even if you simply stroll around for a day, you may not be able to stroll. Therefore, if time is tight, you can choose to visit only some of the squares, such as the Egyptian Pavilion, the American Pavilion, and the China Pavilion, depending on your interests.

It is no exaggeration to say that from this museum you can see the world! Even if you are an art idiot, only half a day in New York, you should go to The Met in New York because it is so famous! The Met
The Met is one of the most beautiful and amazing museums I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.
The Egyptian galleries were my favorite and I wish we had more time to explore because it is so vast! It was also so surreal to actually see artworks by masters such as Monet, Degas and Van Gogh in real life.
After the visit, we took a short stroll to beautiful Central Park. It was such a lovely way to spend the day. If you are in NYC, you need to add The Met to your list!

Mexico Tour: In-Depth Tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art**
When our journey took us to New York, an unexpected art journey quietly unfolded. In this vibrant city, there is a cultural sanctuary that cannot be missed - the Metropolitan Museum of Art. This time, we deliberately detoured to New York to immerse ourselves in this art palace.
Accommodation and Location
We chose to stay in an apartment on the Upper East Side, just a stone's throw away from Fifth Avenue. Every morning, just a few minutes' walk would take us to this cultural gem - the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The convenient location provided us with excellent conditions for our art journey.
First Exploration of the Metropolitan Museum of Art
As soon as we entered the Metropolitan Museum of Art, it felt like stepping into a cultural universe. The museum covers a vast area, occupying about three or four blocks, with at least 100,000 square meters. It became our daily routine to leave only when the museum closed. To our delight, there was a restaurant inside the museum, so we didn't have to go out for meals.
The Charm of the Chinese Pavilion
As Chinese tourists, the Chinese Pavilion was naturally the highlight of this trip. Upon entering the Chinese Pavilion, the murals of Guangsheng Temple came into view. The vast space and large murals not only brought grandeur and shock but also a sense of familiarity and intimacy. From the authentic works of Su Shi, Ouyang Xiu, to Mi Fu, each national treasure was deeply moving. Especially the Tang Dynasty's dry lacquer Buddha and the Arhats from Yixian, the vivid and delicate sculptures seemed to bring the presence of real people. The second-floor corridor, showcasing Chinese ceramics, was even more captivating.
Ticket Prices and Discounts
The ticket price of the Metropolitan Museum of Art used to be a suggested price, but now it has been changed to a fixed price of $25. However, the good news is that tourists with a Chinese UnionPay debit card starting with 622 can enjoy free admission. Moreover, a single ticket purchase allows for three days of viewing, making the visit very flexible and considerate.
The Significance of the Museum
The power of art is infinite; it can inspire those who come into contact with it and enhance everyone's beliefs. The existence of the Metropolitan Museum of Art is the best embodiment of this power. Each exhibit tells the story of historical vicissitudes and cultural heritage, allowing people to appreciate and ponder more about culture and history.
Conclusion
Before our 10-year US visa expires, we plan to visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art again. There are too many stories and artworks waiting for us to discover and experience. Art knows no borders; it can connect people's hearts and provide a peaceful cultural haven amidst busy lives. We hope every visitor to New York can have the opportunity to experience the artistic charm brought by the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
