I have been “The Local” twice since 2015 and found this restaurant very decent with delicious food and good price. The restaurant serves traditional Thai dishes. The prices are quite reasonable. The only drawback is too many tourists and hence you might need to wait if you don’t make a reservation ahead. Walking into "The Local" is like traveling back in time to old Bangkok. This Thai restaurant hidden in an alley looks like a warm traditional house. The wooden building and green courtyard make people slow down as soon as they enter. The restaurant specializes in authentic traditional Thai cuisine, many of whose recipes even come from the family secrets of the older generation, retaining the most original Thai flavor. For this meal, I ordered their signature dish: Pu Lon (Coconut Milk Curry Crab). The crab meat is tender and has a rich coconut flavor. It is eaten with handmade rice crackers for dipping, and the flavors are distinct. Another amazing dish is the spicy and sour shrimp soup (Tom Yum Goong). The spiciness hits the taste buds, but the sour and fragrant taste is distinct. I was sweating all over after drinking it, but I still felt very satisfied. Even the simplest Thai stir-fried water spinach is fried to be crispy, tasty, salty and fragrant. Located near the Bang Na line in Bangkok, Thailand, Chocolate Ville is a charming destination that offers a delightful experience. After a 40-minute drive from the city, visitors can enter for a fee of THB150 per person. Often referred to as the 'Disneyland of Thailand,' it also resembles the iconic Universal Studios globe (located near the restrooms). A walk around the left side leads to the Halloween photo zone, and there are numerous photo spots throughout the venue. At 10 PM, visitors can enjoy a boat show. Before leaving, don't forget to exchange your ticket for a scoop of ice cream at the ice cream house—I chose vanilla, and it was delightful!

Chocolate Ville in Bangkok is a dreamy place perfect for children, offering numerous picturesque backgrounds for photos. It's an ideal spot for capturing memorable moments. In the evening, there are bear performances where you can take photos with them! It's best not to go too early; I went around 2 PM, and it was extremely hot 🥵.
