British luxury, I met Paddington Bear at this hotel in Shenzhen!
Shenzhen, a city with numerous luxury hotels that update rapidly, but the one that has remained elegant and low-key luxurious since its opening is still my first choice - The Langham, Shenzhen.
.
.
As the first "Langham" hotel established by the luxury hotel management group Langham Hospitality Group in South China, The Langham, Shenzhen boasts a prime location, just a stone's throw away from Hong Kong. Following Langham's over 150 years of luxury tradition, the room design cleverly integrates luxurious British style with classical oriental elements, adorned with classical Chinese wood carvings, porcelain, and jade, making each room exude a unique and noble oriental elegance.

Walking into the hotel lobby, a strong British style greets you, with the fragrant lobby decorated with various flowers, starting a delightful journey of gourmet food and beautiful living, making you feel at ease.

Staying in the 72㎡ Paddington Bear Family Executive Room, located in the core area of the Futian business district where every inch of land is precious, I couldn't help but marvel at its cost-effectiveness! As soon as we entered, Xixi was pleasantly surprised! A Paddington Bear-shaped cake, a Paddington Bear plush toy and balloons, and a warm handwritten welcome card, truly the standard of a luxury hotel! The view outside the window is excellent, offering a 270-degree view of the bustling Futian business district, which is a beautiful scenery in itself.

.
I heard that The Langham, Shenzhen has six distinctive restaurants, each of which is impressive, and this time I came for its dining experience~
① "The Langham Club"
Exclusively equipped for guests staying in executive rooms and above, "The Langham Club" is located on the 22nd and 23rd floors of the hotel. The stylish marble patterns paired with elegant beige furniture, combined with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, present a bright and spacious feel, offering a full view of the bustling Shennan Avenue. "The Langham Club" also provides multiple dining options such as semi-buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktails, and snacks to meet the different needs of guests. A seemingly ordinary glass door perfectly separates tranquility from noise, allowing guests who wish to enjoy a quiet time to sit at the exclusive The Bar and enjoy the beautiful view of Shenzhen Bay.
Since I stayed for two nights, I chose to have breakfast one day at "The Langham Club" and one day at the Silk•Buffet Restaurant. The breakfast at "The Langham Club" is exquisite and minimalist, with every tea and dish meticulously prepared, showcasing a strong British flavor with the addition of bone china; the cakes during afternoon tea are particularly tempting, paired with a pot of flower tea or a glass of juice, starting a leisurely afternoon.
.
.
② "Palm Court"
Representing Langham's immortal legend of British afternoon tea for over 150 years, "Palm Court" not only continues this tradition but also adds cost-effective and visually appealing brunch, date-worthy dinners, and charming nights with live jazz band performances.
Enjoying a sumptuous dinner at Palm Court, with three selected appetizers, main courses, and desserts, is enough to leave a lasting impression. For the appetizer, I chose Dalian deep-sea scallops, with the smoothness of salmon roe paired with the sweetness of asparagus, making a perfect match with the scallops; for the main course, I chose crispy lamb chops, with the aroma of lamb complemented by the fragrance of herbs and arugula, filling my mouth with happiness; for dessert, I chose English baked pudding, with the sweet aroma of toffee syrup lingering on the tongue, indescribably wonderful!
.
.
③ "T'ang Court"
The sister restaurant of the famous Michelin-starred restaurants in Hong Kong and Shanghai Langham hotels - "T'ang Court", presents authentic Cantonese cuisine to Shenzhen gourmets, creating a grand feast.
In the supreme appetizer of T'ang Court, there is a very special combination of imperial bird's nest and Yunnan tree tomato. Imperial bird's nest usually wins diners' favor with its soft texture, but at T'ang Court, it unexpectedly opens your taste buds with the acidity of tree tomatoes, starting your journey of T'ang Court flavors. The summer mini winter melon bowl, with Guangdong nourishing soup, welcomes the hot summer, with the fresh shrimp, dried scallops, lotus seeds, and chicken gizzards touched by the tongue, delicious and tasty; pomelo peel Kirin snowflake beef, with the soft and flavorful pomelo peel paired with the juicy snowflake beef, is my favorite Cantonese flavor; abalone fragrant lotus leaf rice, a main course combining tradition and innovation, with the faint fragrance of lotus leaves paired with the fresh and elastic abalone, complementing each other.

In your leisure time, you can also burn calories at the fitness center or indoor swimming pool, but Xixi's favorite is still the outdoor swimming pool, with the sun and the sky-high pool in the city center, every photo taken is beautiful! To get the same British-style beautiful stay, come to The Langham, Shenzhen for a pleasant three-day, two-night stay!
