Premium Chinese cuisine with sea view
I have eaten a lot of Fine Dining, and this is the first time I have eaten Chinese Fine Dining. I came to ICC to visit this Qitian restaurant. Before I even entered the restaurant, I was amazed by the elevator in the building. It felt very noble, the food tasted very noble, and everything was perfect 😁
✏️Location (9/10): 101F, ICC, Kowloon Station exit leads directly to the mall, convenient transportation, but the elevator entrance of the building is a bit hard to find
✏️Environment (10/10): Gorgeous and stylish decoration, comfortable air conditioning, high enough floor with unbeatable Victoria Harbour sea view
✏️Service (9/10): The waiters are neat and tidy, friendly, and serve dishes according to the guests' eating progress. There is no pressure and they are respected.

🍴Avocado Tartar Shrimp
