There are more than 630 pieces of Qixingyan rock carvings, with 333 in and around Shishiyan alone. The carvings include all kinds of fonts, such as seal, official, regular, running, and cursive scripts, and include works from various dynasties since the Tang Dynasty, from all over China and even Japan; and these carvings are relatively concentrated and intact. Among them, Li Yong's "Duanzhou Shishi Record", Feng Minchang's "Five Poems of Qixingyan", and Li Jian's "Nanfu Meteorite" are known as the three masterpieces of Qixingyan stone carving poetry.

Zhaoqing Xinghu National Wetland Park is the "urban green lung" of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
