But as soon as you reach the top, the effort is completely worth it. The views are absolutely stunning. You’re standing on high grassy cliffs looking out over the bright white chalk formations and the deep blue sea. The arches and needle-like rock jutting out from the water look surreal, like something out of a painting. The contrast between the cliffs, the green grass, and the ocean is just incredible. There are a few spots where people sit in the grass and stare at the view. It’s windy up there, and the air feels super fresh. It’s the kind of place where you could just sit quietly for a long time and not want to leave.

Over the last decade or so, I have visited Etreat a number of times with friends. The views are superb, fresh air and great seafood. This isn't a beach with sand, but of pebbles. What the French call Galet. And on the right side of the beach, there are actually some cliffs that you can walk under, and on top of the cliff is a church that you can visit. The main activity here as a tourist to trek up to the hill and soak in the views of the cliff and panaroma. With time in hand like i had over a course of several days and several stays. For workout and stroll reason i would even walk around the cliff, you'd see a golf course as well near one of the paths.
