It is not the usual type of nasi lemak, this is more like an artisanal nasi lemak with organic chicken. It still has the nostalgic coconut rice with spicy sambal. So it is a combination of traditional and new age flavours to price this nasi lemak at almost $20. It has also become healthier with less oil and less fats and the rice is a healthier version now. There are many dishes on the menu too and you can try it out if you are still feeling hungry. For sure, you will not get approval from some people on eating this pricey nasi lemak.

If you wish to try a Singaporean food experience which ofcourse if a Mish mash or several influences. But all that in a comfortable setting without the charm of the hawker stall heat, smells and crowd. The coconut club can be a fantastic spot. Although I'm somewhat critical of the rendang after a recent visit. I mean it was great food and service with one big exception. Their fried chicken with Rampung crumbs is excellent ( Ayam Goreng Berempah moist and a bit of roasted crumbs adds a lot of flavor) as is their green beans.Cute arrangement of their plate of appetizers. The only downside was their beef rendang. The flavor of beef rendang was spot on but their meat was very low quality and chunks of fat which you find out only when you bite into it. So for the price they offer beef rendang was not a good deal. #letsmakan #deliciousfood

It is a luxury nasi lemak in Singapore. I like the Sambal Sotong as it is very delicious and yummy.

#singaporetrip I recently tried the Nasi Lemak at this restaurant, and while the overall experience wasn't bad, I found the pricing to be on the higher side for a plate of Nasi Lemak. The food was decent, with the traditional flavours coming through, but the portion size and value didn't match the price. The ambience was pleasant, and the service was satisfactory. However, considering the cost, I would have expected a bit more. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but the pricing could be more reasonable.

They serve only authentic Malay cuisines, from dishes to desserts. We ordered some of the most recommended dishes to try on, all are so tasty and yummy. Highlights - must try their Nasi Lemak, the best! Avg. Price per Person - reasonable price.

#thingstodo The Coconut Club Came here on recommendation of a friend who lives in Singapore. The place is very stylish, not air conditioned too much, the upstairs area is very peaceful and good for a relaxed lunch. Of course we had to get a coconut shake and a coconut plus a coconut rice. The food was superb and beautifully presented. Waiters were knowledgeable and able to accommodate special wishes.
