Today, it has been renovated into The Cafe Apartment, which has a total of 9 floors. From the outside, it resembles a chocolate box with different compartments, each hiding a surprise filling. Each floor houses various cafes, restaurants, and clothing stores, each uniquely decorated. It's a perfect spot for those looking to relax, sip tea or coffee, enjoy some cake, or soak in the chic, vintage-meets-modern atmosphere. I visited the Cafe Apartment twice, both times I visited the SaiGon Oi Cafe. I personally really like this cafe because it has a balcony, greenery decorations and extensive drinks selections. Everything my family and I ordered (the coconut coffee, smoothies and frappe) were great!! There is also a shop known for its tote bags called “THE EYE”. Each tote bags are for 250,000 dong (~ 83 HKD) and the prints are quite funny and interesting. [The legendary life of an old building in Saigon] The coffee apartment is a broken building in the city center. It is said to have been built in the middle of the 20th century. It was once a 195-year-old dormitory and office of the US military. It was not until 2015 that the apartment began to be completely refurbished. Fortunately, it retained a lot of past life, and it became a new and old literary space. This building has 10 floors. From the outside, even if you don't know that this is net red, this is a story building, and it can be seen from the appearance. The square balcony is full of logos, and each window has a different style. The first floor is a bookstore, the second floor has some grocery stores, selling small clothes, brooches, jewelry, etc., but the quality is similar to Yiwu. Going up, there are cafes, dessert shops, bars and serious restaurants in a high-density style. The same style is very good. It’s time for afternoon tea!

It was a beautiful day to visit this very cute cafe called Partea! This cafe is located in the famous Cafe Apartments building that is renowned for the many floors of cafes and restaurants it has. The opening hours here are 9am to 10pm. All guests have to take off their shoes outside before stepping in so I suggest you wear socks for hygiene. The ambience here is pleasant and cheery. There are so many different types of English tea to choose from! We went with their afternoon tea set and the tea tasted very refreshing.
