It is a multi level building with quaint little cafes and stores selling random artsy stuff like tote bags. The building is quite old, but was really cool! You can choose to explore the building by taking the stairs or taking the escalator (which comes with a certain charges). There are many cafes in the apartment block, like the famous Arabica coffee store from Kyoto, poke bowls. We entered Arabica coffee store and they do have a beautiful view overlooking the streets of Ho Chi Minh city centre, however the seats are quite limited. I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!

It was once a 195-year-old dormitory and office of the US military. It was not until 2015 that the apartment began to be completely refurbished. Fortunately, it retained a lot of past life, and it became a new and old literary space. This building has 10 floors. From the outside, even if you don't know that this is net red, this is a story building, and it can be seen from the appearance. The square balcony is full of logos, and each window has a different style. The first floor is a bookstore, the second floor has some grocery stores, selling small clothes, brooches, jewelry, etc., but the quality is similar to Yiwu. Going up, there are cafes, dessert shops, bars and serious restaurants in a high-density style. The same style is very good. We flew to Nha Trang, spent a day there, and the next morning took a flight to Saigon (the old name of Ho Chi Minh City, still widely used). Flights in Vietnam 🛫 We flew Vietjet Air, the cheapest low-cost airline—and always late. Our 11 AM flight ended up departing at 6:20 PM after multiple reschedules. If you can, pay just $10 more and fly Vietnam Airlines—better service, often empty seats, and almost always on time. Where We Stayed 🏙️ We rented a 3-bedroom condo at Millennium via Airbnb. It had an outdoor pool with stunning city views and cost just $70 per person for 6 days. If you book earlier, you can find even better deals—like condos in Landmark 81, the tallest building in Vietnam. #2月好去2025 Very cool old building with many coffee shops on most floors! I went to the cafe on the ninth floor! There is a 3000 VND charge to use the lift but this is refunded once you pay for your coffee. I tried the egg coffee, coconut coffee and everything was delicious! The view from the balcony was amazing too! I will definitely come here again and try other coffee shops! If you're in the area, it's worth checking this place out! Need to point out that the egg coffee seems to be the best in Hanoi, we couldn't find any that was up to Hanoi standards! But there were too many Vietnamese people, so we couldn't take a picture in time. Leaving the airport, headed to The Cafe Apartment, another landmark, and checked in at the shop in the picture. I can't remember the name of the shop. The egg coffee is very delicious. Their milk is fragrant and creamy, not too sweet like milk in our country. The view is beautiful and the trip ends today by collecting the LED project in the middle of the water. From The Cafe Apartment, you can walk to this viewpoint. End with dinner with Chicken Noodles or Pho. The price per bowl is 85,000 dong or about 100 baht. Day 2 starts with waking up the body to find something new by heading to "Ben Thanh Market" for a delicious breakfast and inexpensive souvenirs. I can't speak much because I can only say yes, no, OK to the translation tool. But we mostly talk with smiles (Thai people smile beautifully). The fellow travelers, whoever sleeps, sleeps. As for us, let's tour Ho Chi Minh a bit. Since we're already here, we head to the National Temple of Vietnam, beautifully decorated, similar to a Chinese temple in our country. Then head to the next landmark, Ho Chi Minh City Book Street. It's rumored that before walking into Ho Chi Minh City Book Street, we wanted to try a new snack. It's similar to puffed rice, but it's bananas. It costs 75,000 dong, which is quite expensive. Then we walked around and found a shopping mall in their country. It's just like our country. When night falls, we go for a walk on the street food. If we were to compare it to a walking street in our country, the prices of food and souvenirs are the same as those of tourists.
