Italy - The small town of Bagno Vignoni in Tuscany
◾️Bagno Vignoni
This charming little town features a few restaurants and souvenir shops scattered around. The picturesque view of cute buildings surrounding a small pond is truly delightful. Interestingly, the town is home to a natural hot spring. However, the water is lukewarm, making it feel more like a pool than a traditional hot spring. The water is cloudy and white, which might not be very inviting to touch, but many people were swimming in it 😂😂. Since it's outdoors, proper swimwear is required!
Although I had high expectations, the hot spring turned out to be a bit disappointing 😂 (I didn’t go in, of course).
While the hot spring might not be impressive, the town itself is adorable and a great spot for lunch. The restaurants are generally on the pricier side, so they’re more suited for a proper meal rather than a casual café visit.
We weren’t very hungry, so we just had drinks and left!
There’s a free parking lot available, so if you have some extra time, it’s worth visiting this quaint town.
