Let's talk about some of the highly recommended spots:

The private garden of Tang Shaoyi, the first Premier of the Republic of China - Zhuhai Gongle Garden
Happiness shared by one is less joyful than that shared by all. Gongle Garden, located at the foot of Goose Peak north of Tangjiawan in Zhuhai, was Tang Shaoyi's private garden. It was originally built in 1910 and was once named 'Xiaolinglong Mountain House'. In 1921, during the expansion, Tang responded to Dr. Sun Yat-sen's advocacy of 'sharing happiness with all' and renamed it 'Gongle Garden', opening it to the public. It became the earliest park in Xiangshan, with the couplet on the park's archway written by Wang Jingwei. During the Republic of China period, political and cultural celebrities such as Mei Lanfang, Edgar Snow, Hu Hanmin, Sun Ke, and others visited Gongle Garden, where they recited poetry, planted trees, and discussed history... Strolling in the garden with hundreds of ancient trees, taking a photo with a majestic lion statue; conversing with the universe while pointing at the stars from the observatory terrace; climbing up the Hundred Steps Staircase... all these experiences will make you feel so close to history, you can almost see time slowly flowing backward around you.

Zhuhai | Tangjia Ancient Town: Traces of a Century
Tangjia Ancient Town: Traces of a Century. Zhuhai, a place that always gives off a vibe of fashion, romance, and modernity, is in fact also a place with a profound historical and cultural heritage. As an important starting point for the people of Guangfu to go overseas in the past, Zhuhai has retained some of its traditional roots despite the relentless passage of time. One such place is the Tangjia Ancient Town located at Tangjia Bay.
💫[Tangjia Ancient Town]
Tangjia Bay is located on the west bank of the Pearl River estuary in the northern part of Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, facing the Lingding Ocean to the east. Due to its special geographical location, being at the key area of maritime traffic between China and foreign countries, this place started to contact with Western civilization very early. In today's Tangjia Ancient Town, century-old houses with green bricks and grey tiles can still be seen. The existing ancient buildings mainly include ancestral halls, temples, and residential houses, most of which were built during the Qing Dynasty and preserve a large number of wood carvings, brick carvings, plaster carvings, and murals, even mixing some Sino-Western architectural styles.
The Shanfang Road, which runs through the entire Tangjia Ancient Town, is said to be named after the road entrance. As the core area of the ancient town, there are more than ten cultural preservation units along the winding Shanfang Road. Although restaurants and coffee shops have now opened on this old street, if you delve into the alleys on both sides, you can still see traditional residences with their complete and original appearance.
💫Practical Information
Address: High-tech Zone, Zhuhai (Tangjiawan Town) S268 Provincial Road.

Ticket Price: Free.
Opening Hours: Open all year round.
I hope this information helps you to better understand Tangjia Ancient Town in Zhuhai and allows you to spend a time full of historical and cultural charm here!
