Onsen hotel
Day 4: We stayed at Takaragawa Onsen, famous for its beautiful views, natural hot springs in the deep forest, so deep that we got lost, lost in the freezing cold, below zero, walking barefoot until our feet were sore, our feet were numb, almost dying with 2 grandmas. It was so funny 🤣🤣🤣 Walking and laughing, am I trying to cause trouble? Am I going to freeze to death in the deep forest? We walked around, couldn't find the pool, it was so dark that we almost jumped into the wrong waterfall.
We went out to the onsen at night because we had to take care of our youngest child first. As for the father and 2 older children, they went together, talked to the guide, asked for directions, everything was fine 😒
But... I forgot to tell you how to get there. We had to read Japanese the whole way. We walked around and around with the grandma, and she complained a lot. In the end, we were able to go down as we wished. Grandma didn't want to go up. It was so cool, but I didn't get any pictures. At night, it was very dark and cold.
