The Swissotel Ratchada offers premium hospitality and superb customer service standards. I have booked the executive room which is at level 22. I can get a bird's eye view of Bangkok city from my room. The view is magnificent. The hotel room is 40m2 bigger than the average hotel of its class. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and a separate standing shower. The amazing part is that I can manually adjust the temperature for the separate standing shower that suits me. The lobby is grand with lots of sofa seats. The breakfast spread is marvellous with a wide array of selections including western delight, Japanese food, Indian delicacies, Chinese Cruisine, and the local Thai mango sticky rice.
