The cozy, industrial-chic vibe makes it a great spot for casual meetups or solo work sessions. Their pizzas are the star – thin, crispy, and packed with flavour. We particularly enjoyed the pizza and seafood aglio olio, which hit the perfect balance of spice and zest. Service is friendly but not overbearing, and prices are reasonable for the quality. Perfect for an easy-going yet satisfying meal. My rating: 4 ⭐️ out of 5!

✔️ Supply & Demand Cafe 📍 8 Raffles Avenue, Esplanade Shopping Mall, #01-13 Annexe, Singapore 039802 Supply & Demand is one of my favourite go-to cafes for pasta because the chefs here actually make their own fresh pasta! The food always tastes delicious and well-seasoned, I highly recommend the aglio olio and vongole dishes if you can eat seafood. Fresh pasta is an additional top-up cost but it is well-worth it. There is also the option to order a tasting portion if you want to try multiple types of their pasta dishes, customize it! They also sell pizzas but I feel their pastas are better.
