STONE GARDEN GEOPARK CITATAH
Large and large stones are scattered on this 2 hectare land. These white rocks stand in contrast to the green meadows. The green scenery is refreshing to the eyes. The location of the rock is irregular as if this area has been rained on by rocks. This unique tour is called Stone Garden Geopark Citatah, Padalarang. Located in the highlands of Mount Masigit, Citatah, Cipatat, Padalarang, the view of Stone Garden Geopark from above looks amazing. Not surprisingly, this tour is popular with young people because it is very aesthetic and Instagramable. In addition to enjoying its beauty, visiting this tourist attraction can provide an overview of ancient Bandung. It is said that, according to experts, this place was formed from the remains of rocks at the bottom of Bandung's ancient lake due to the eruption of Mount Sunda millions of years ago. Stone Garden Geopark Citatah is located in the highland area of Mount Masigit, Citatah, Cipatat, Padalarang. The location is close to Situ Ciburuy. Has an altitude of 908 meters above sea level, the air is cold when visiting this western Flower City. The cool and fresh air makes tourists feel at home for long in the tour which is also known as the Bandung Basin. Here, you can also be satisfied taking photos with beautiful cliffs at Citatah Geopark. From the top of the rock you can see the beauty of the city of Bandung which is shrouded in fog and thin clouds. But remember, be careful when climbing the top of the rock. In addition to presenting a limestone garden, around the Stone Garden there are Mount Masigit and Pawon Cave. With a height of 2,078 meters above sea level, you can see the panorama of Bandung from the towering cliffs. There is nothing wrong with visiting the mountain after visiting the Ciitatah Padalarang Geopark.

Stone Garden Citatah
Prior to visiting this site, I was quite blown away by the fact that this Stone Garden, located in the Karst Citatah area, was formed during the Miocene era, approximately 20-30 million years ago. During that time, this highland was a shallow sea region that eventually dried up and the current presence of sharp, hollowed-out rocks is evidence of Stone Garden Citatah’s ancient seabed origins.
After wandering around for a bit amongst the natural stone formations, we proceeded to enjoy some outdoor activities offered within the area, concluding with a rope abseil from the middle of a suspension bridge ✌️

Stone Garden Citatah
It's an open area where you can enjoy the rock formation and maybe even climb and pose with them, among the monkeys. Great place for a picnic. There are also huts where you can rest at. The views of the mountain range is epic. Just a short walk to access the peak.
Downside was that it was littered with rubbish, therefore it wasn't a very pleasant environment.
