Seeing Star City once again was very nostagic, same rided and attractions. I guess they need to revamp or add more rides and attractions but being here again feels special to me as it was my first. Star City has indoor and outdoor rides so it is perfect if you feel like it is too hot to do the rides outside then you can start with the ones inside. A perfect family fun day in the metro. Entrance Fee: 700 (but this isn't ride all you can and there are some attractions that charge extra. Double check on their website to make sure of the pricing) Enjoy your day. Can't get enough of Star City because it brings out the child in me. I am from Davao and so going to Star City is so precious. I have been here twice (year 2009 and 2014--- five years passed) and there are a new attractions and rides. there are three types of bands that you can choose from---if you think you have so much time, you can have the ride all you can band which entitles you access to all rides and it is unlimited! The only problem is you have to wait in line for a more or less than hour. Second is, you can have limited access band where only a few rides you can avail which are less extreme and thirdly, you do not have access to all rides however, you can get in and enjoy strolling and souvenir shopping. ##tripblazers

#Manila #777 A long-established amusement park in Manila. It has some pretty authentic rides, including roller coasters and Ferris wheels. Prices are subject to sales and are subject to change, but admission and unlimited rides are about 1,800 pesos. There are many indoor rides, so you can enjoy it even in light rain. It's basically for children, but Filipinos are all about having fun, so I think it's also good for dates. I recommend Snow World, where you can enjoy artificial snow. This is the only place where you have to pay extra, but of course the locals have never seen snow before, so they'll be excited. There's no doubt they'll be happy if you take them there.

We visited Star City Amusement Park when we visited Manila. It isn't advertised as a tourist attraction - we saw it from our hotel and had to ask to find out what it was. There are various entrance prices - a base price for all rides and three higher prices if you add on special attractions. All rides are included and unlimited. Rides seem to be well maintained but the park is only small so there is only about 8 to choose from. Enough for most kids though.
