For the first time staying in Zhaoqing, we chose the Zhaoqing Xingyu Lake Residence Hotel in the Zijing West Embankment, one of the most beautiful greenways in the country. This stay not only had the comfort of a hotel but also the cozy atmosphere of a homestay, combined with a new Chinese classical style, it was a delightful surprise~ The hotel's location is excellent, quiet but not remote, 🚶🏻‍♀️‍➡️ about a 10-minute walk to Paifang Street, convenient for watching the musical fountain at night. 'The water shines brightly in the clear weather, and the mountains are mysterious in the rain,' the hotel is right in front of Xinghu Lake, and the lake and mountain scenery under the bright sun are particularly splendid. The lobby and public area are carefully decorated, perfect for photos. The large brush and Duan inkstone painting at the entrance, along with the small pond, create a beautiful cultural photo. The public area has a free self-service tea area ☕️, tree trunk-shaped chairs, old-fashioned wooden box-shaped tables, and antique decorations, making it very charming. We chose a lake view king room, with the bed and bathtub facing the Xinghu Lake scenery, a big plus! Disposable bath bags are provided, making the bath more reassuring. The lakeside balcony is spacious and comfortable, with eye-catching greenery, full of vitality. There are welcome fruits upon check-in, thoughtful and warm. It is recommended to experience the rooftop breakfast 🍜, in the sky garden on the fourth floor, you can overlook the entire Xinghu Lake and distant mountains, sitting on the swing and watching the clouds roll by is very pleasant. I stayed at the Treasure B&B in Zhaoqing, which is surrounded by mountains and rivers.
