🍭Kunlun Baofu
The famous dish that replicates the Manchu-Han Banquet is actually made with grouper skin and dried abalone. The crystal clear skin of the grouper has absorbed the rich and mellow abalone sauce, making it soft, glutinous, fragrant and smooth in the mouth. The fish skin is full of gelatinous texture, and the rich aroma of abalone hits the soul inch by inch.
