However, the Noguchi Parking Lot (800 yen), which is right next to the Japanese pampas grass, is quite strict in terms of structure and number of cars, and tends to be congested. Even at 3:00 p.m. on a weekday Monday, we still had to line up a little. If you're going out on the weekend, you should be prepared to bring lunch with you.
