Visit during off-peak times (afternoon, early morning) and walk slowly and meditate while listening to the sounds of the scenery, the sound of the stream, the sound of the moktak, and the monks' chanting. The herbal tea sold at the teahouse inside the temple is soft and good, so don't miss it.

The grounds were quite large and well-organized. Since it's inside Seoraksan, the surrounding scenery was beautiful. Since it's located at the entrance of Seoraksan, it seemed like most climbers stopped by on their way.
