The centre was built within SAFTI Military Institute in Jurong. Nice tour to learn more about the history of Singapore, how Singapore and Malaysia are parting away, and the insight on the future Singapore's dreams, aspirations and challenges. It was memorable and nostalgic.

A Day to Remember: Mama’s First Flight Adventure to Singapore
#singaporetrip
This trip was extra special as it marked Mama's first time arriving in Singapore by flight. Previously, she’d only entered by bus, so I decided to make her experience unforgettable by taking her to the iconic Jewel. After landing at Terminal 4, we hopped on a shuttle to Terminal 2. Words can't fully capture the awe-inspiring beauty of Jewel—you truly have to experience it yourself!
We later met up with Mom’s sister and headed to the Singapore Discovery Center, a treasure trove of history. The government has done an incredible job preserving Singapore's key milestones through captivating images, videos, and exhibits. It’s an engaging and efficient way to learn about the nation’s past.
For dinner, we made our way to Fatty Fong Seafood Restaurant on Changi Road. With its delicious dishes, generous portions, and affordable prices, it’s a perfect spot for family gatherings—ideal for both old folks and little ones.
Our whirlwind day in Singapore ended on a satisfying note. Till next time, Singapore—see you soon!

Singapore Discovery Centre
#singaporetrip Very educational and the activities catered for the young and old . Visited here again . This time, we tried the laser tag and the XD Theatre and watched a short movie on SQ117 . All were fun . The staff are kind and always make our visit a memorable one .Visited this place with friends. It was impressive as how well the centre was designed to provide history of Singapore as well as environmental/political awareness to the nationals/visitors. The interactive sessions were very helpful and fun. Spacious for the kids to run around. Will visit again in future.
