Singapore weekend trip (three days and one night) 2024/06/22 (Sat) - 2024/06/24 (Mon) On the night of Saturday, June 22, 2024, I departed for Singapore on JL35✈️, which departed from Haneda Airport at 0:05. I arrived at Changi Airport around 6:00 a.m. local time. After arriving, I first headed to the hotel, checked in early, and took a nap😴. Because it's a short trip, it's important to get your stamina in order💪. I started sightseeing around noon! On the first day, I visited the following spots. Day.1 (June 22) 1️⃣St. Andrew's Cathedral The first place I visited on my trip was St. Andrew's Cathedral⛪️, a beautiful white Gothic building. I enjoyed the solemn atmosphere while taking pictures of its beautiful appearance in the morning light📸. 2️⃣Raffles Place The next place we visited was Singapore's business district, Raffles Place🏙️. The streetscape, lined with modern buildings, had a historic feel here and there, which was impressive😊. 3️⃣Old Hill Street Police Station After that, we went to the Old Hill Street Police Station, which features colorful windows🌈. It's a famous photo spot, and I took many photos here📸✨. 4️⃣Merlion Park We also visited Merlion Park, which is a must-see when visiting Singapore🦁. While it was crowded with tourists, we took commemorative photos with the Merlion statue📷 and enjoyed the view of Marina Bay that spread out before us🌊. 5️⃣Marina Bay Sands In the evening, we went to the observation deck of Marina Bay Sands🏨. I was impressed by the spectacular view overlooking the city of Singapore! This luxurious view was one of the highlights of the trip🌟. 6️⃣Gardens by the Bay At night, I watched the light show of "Supertree Grove" held at Gardens by the Bay🌳✨. The collaboration of music and light was wonderful, and I was able to enjoy a fantastic night🌌. Day.2 (June 23rd) On the second day, I went around Little India and Chinatown to enjoy Singapore's multiculturalism🎨. 1️⃣Little India The morning started in Little India🏵️. I strolled around this town lined with colorful buildings and filled with the aroma of spices🌶️. In this exotic town, I also enjoyed a local breakfast🍴. 2️⃣Chinatown The next place we visited was Chinatown🏮. We walked down the streets decorated with red lanterns, enjoyed delicious dim sum and Chinese food🥟, and visited a historical temple⛩️. 3️⃣Jewel Changi Airport In the evening, we returned to the airport and watched the light show of the giant waterfall "Rain Vortex" at Jewel Changi🌈💦. We were moved by the fantastic production of water and light, and it was a fitting experience to end our trip🌟. We departed for Haneda Airport on JL36✈️ at 21:50 and arrived safely in Japan at 5:30 the next morning🛬. 🤟Enjoy it only on the weekend! The charm of a three-day, one-night trip This trip was scheduled to depart on a late-night flight on Saturday and return home early on Monday morning, so we didn't have to take time off work and were able to make the most of the weekend✨. Plus, the adjustable headrest ensures a comfy journey for everyone. I opted for the low-fat meal option and loved that it was served ahead of the regular meals—such a time-saving hack! Changi Airport in Singapore is one of our favorite airports. Every time we go, we feel that it is more advanced and beautiful. Recently, there were many more photo spots at Terminal 2. Today, we will introduce our favorite photo spots. - The first spot is the popular waterfall spot at ‘Jewel Changi’. We feel that each floor offers different angles. We think that the angles from the upper floors are more beautiful and there are fewer people. We went almost to the top floor and took a lot of photos without people. - The second spot is the waterfall that originally came down to the ground floor. Our travel companion liked this. It was close to the waterfall, giving it a different feel. - The third spot, you have to go to another terminal. There is a new spot that has an effect of water hitting the rocks, with sound too. 😍 It’s so realistic. Finally arrived at the most beautiful Singapore International Airport in the world✨ The last time I came to Singapore was 8 years ago. Jewel Falls was not open at that time. Seeing it in person was still very shocking. It was like walking into a science fiction movie. I was lucky enough to capture the airport train passing behind me. It’s a pity that the schedule was too tight, otherwise this airport is definitely worth spending most of the day exploring! But it is really difficult to take beautiful photos for the Internet Because the check-in spots on the second and third floors were all so crowded, I had to rely on Al to save it On the contrary, there are fewer people on the first floor. I have not share much about this travel hacks but you can read it from me right now. This is Tiger Den, a beer place and restaurant operating 24 hours at Changi Airport Terminal 4. It is inside the transit area so you will have to have a boarding pass to enter immigration. In Changi airport, it is alright to check in 24 hours before flight and you can come here to shop at the duty free shopping. Tiger Den also sell merchandise and you can collect them because you cannot really find their merchandise outside. They have tshirts and lanyards and many other seasonal collectibles. #travellerswonderland We got to Singapore at midnight, so we slept at the airport. There were a lot of people sleeping on the floor, just find a good spot. I would recommend going near the rain vortex, you can find a grass-like carpet to sleep on 😂 It’s warm and its dark in that area. Early morning we had breakfast there, and bought our train pass. It was not easy finding where to buy that pass tho lol
