🇸🇬 NDP vibes at Changi Airport
#nationalday #100WaysOfTravel
There is so much National Day vibes at Changi Airport and so many instagrammable photo spots to commemorate NDP 2024. If you have time, you can enter the transit area early and take the sky trains to go from Terminal 1, 2 and 3 to spot the different photo spots. I like the NDP 59 setup best and it is just before the arrival immigration area. Our Changi Airport is always on the point for festival decorations and there are always fresh orchid everywhere. If you are here at night, you can see many gardeners are working throughout the night to keep the airport so vibrant and lively.

Bacha Coffee's Delicious Croissants at Changi
#singaporetrip
Bacha Coffee at Changi Airport serves up some of the most delightful croissants you'll ever taste. The layers of pastry are expertly folded and baked to perfection, resulting in a texture that is both light and airy.
But it's not just the texture that sets Bacha Coffee's croissants apart – it's also the flavor. The buttery richness of the pastry is complemented by a subtle sweetness that lingers on the palate. I particularly like the Raspberry Cinnamon and Kaya flavours.
Whether you're grabbing a quick breakfast before your flight or indulging in a leisurely snack during a layover, Bacha Coffee's croissants are the perfect treat to satisfy your cravings. So next time you find yourself at Changi Airport, be sure to stop by Bacha Coffee and treat yourself to one of their delicious croissants – you won't be disappointed!

Singapore's Spectacular Airport
#singaporetrip
Changi Airport is not just an ordinary airport. It's like a small city with lots of things to do and see. You can find shops selling fancy stuff, but there are also some cool things to buy, like TWG tea and Pandan Chiffon cake from Bengawan Solo. These make great souvenirs to take home.
One special place at Changi Airport is Jewel Changi. Inside, you can see incredible indoor waterfalls that look like they're from a fairy tale. There's also a beautiful garden where you can relax and enjoy nature.
And if you're a fan of Pokémon, you're in luck! There's a Pokémon Centre at Changi Airport where you can find all sorts of cool Pokémon merchandise. It's a fun place to visit, especially if you have some extra time before your flight.
Overall, Changi Airport is more than just a place to catch a plane. It's a destination in itself, with plenty of things to explore and enjoy. So next time you're passing through, don't forget to check out all the amazing things it has to offer!

A Place You Can't Miss or Your Heart May Cry! 💔😢
This place is truly breathtaking! When I saw it in person, the only word that came to mind was 'Wow!' It's an artificial beauty, and even though you know it's man-made, seeing it with your own eyes is truly awe-inspiring! 😲
No more words, let's get straight to the guide! ‼
1⃣ Where is it? It's located next to Terminal 1 at Singapore Changi Airport, beside a large circular building. Just walk in, and you'll see it. Alternatively, you can ask airport staff. Most people who look Chinese can speak Mandarin, and they are friendly and helpful! 😊
2⃣ How to take photos? If, like me, you're traveling alone, I'll share my secret with you. Just say, 'Hello, can you take a photo for me?' This usually works! The key is to find a young lady; they usually take better photos. If you can identify Korean ladies, go straight to them! You're guaranteed a good shot! 📸
3⃣ Best viewing platforms? Each floor has a different vantage point, but my favorites are the first and third floors. 🏞
4⃣ Any other activities at the waterfall? You can take a small train ride through it, offering a unique experience. When I looked down from above, it felt like a scene from 'Love O2O,' very futuristic. 🚂
Solo travel turns out to be quite fun; I had a great time! Highly recommended! 🌟

✈️ Flying from T4 Departure
Take note when you are coming to Terminal 4 at Changi Airport, there is no direct MRT access to go Terminal 4. You will have to transfer to a shuttle bus service and this service is free. You can take this bus from Terminal 1 Departure or Terminal 2 Arrival and arrive at Terminal 4. If you are a transit passenger, you can take the shuttle bus inside the transit area too. You will need to provide a valid boarding pass for Terminal 4 if you are taking the transit shuttle bus. It might be complicated if you are travelling in a big group or with luggage. So you can consider taking a taxi directly to Terminal 4.

Brighter Days with Sunflowers and Smiles in Singapore 🌻
Amidst the bustling energy of Singapore, the sight of sunflowers at Changi Airport brought a much-needed burst of joy and color to the concrete jungle. As I strolled through the terminal, the vibrant blooms captivated my attention, their cheerful faces spreading smiles to all who beheld them. The sunflowers served as a reminder of the power of nature to lift our spirits and brighten our days. Singapore, with its modern architecture and vibrant culture, offers a unique blend of urban sophistication and natural beauty. It is a destination that invites you to pause, appreciate the simple pleasures in life, and embrace the beauty that surrounds us.

Brunch time at SilverKris lounge
#wheretogo Follow me and I will bring you to feasting at Silverkris lounge at Changi Airport Terminal 3. It is always nice to spend time here before flying and this time my flight is in the afternoon, so I can have brunch before my flight. They have many different kinds of cuisine and you can always ask to customize your preferences a the live station. It is a buffet kind of style with a few live stations for noodles and eggs. I also get to take a nap at their sleeping room and take a shower before my flight too. The lounge is not crowded and I can stay as long as I want here.

Blossom Lounge, Changi Airport
#wheretogo Blossom Lounge at Changi Airport Terminal 4 is a real winner in the world of airport lounges. It's situated in the departures area, and it's got a lot going for it.
One standout feature is their offering of halal food. If you're looking for halal options, this lounge has got you covered. They're particular about what they serve – you won't find any pork or lard, but they do have a selection of alcoholic drinks for those who fancy a tipple.
The food variety is impressive. You can choose from a range of dishes including fish, vegetables, butter chicken, rice, Singapore laksa, vegetarian soup, salad, sweets, cereal with milk, and a nice selection of juices and sodas. Whether you're in the mood for something hearty or light, you're covered.
Service at Blossom Lounge is attentive, and the chef goes the extra mile to make your experience enjoyable. Their kindness and helpfulness are a big plus, especially if you have specific dietary preferences or restrictions.
The lounge itself is clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and pleasant space to relax in. Whether you need a quiet spot to rest or a place to get some work done, they've got you covered.
In a nutshell, Blossom Lounge is a top choice when you're at Terminal 4. If you're looking for a good meal, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service, I'd highly recommend it. It's a hidden gem in the world of airport lounges.

Changi Airport Terminal 4
#wheretogo Changi Airport's Terminal 4 is like the cool underdog in the airport world. It might be considered a budget terminal, but honestly, it outshines most other countries' airports. Size-wise, it's the little guy, but don't let that fool you – this place is a tech and art wonderland that makes Changi Airport a global number one.
What makes Terminal 4 stand out? Well, they've done a fantastic job of blending technology, art, and nature. You won't find this in your run-of-the-mill airport. This isn't just a place to catch a flight; it's a whole experience.
One of the coolest things here is their nod to Singapore's culture. You've got these cute replicas of Baroque and Rococo-style shophouses, just like the ones in Joo Chiat and Katong. They aren't just there for show – they open up to reveal a mini digital theater show called "Peranakan Love Story." It's a clever mix of history and high-tech entertainment.
And don't get me started on the greenery. Real trees, pampered with an underground watering system, give this place a garden vibe. It's like a peaceful oasis in the midst of a busy airport.
While most airports just get you from A to B, Changi Airport Terminal 4 goes the extra mile. It's not just about efficiency; it's about making your journey enjoyable and memorable. So, if you're swinging by Singapore, don't underestimate Terminal 4. It's not your typical budget terminal; it's a one-of-a-kind travel experience.

Cactus Garden at Changi Airport T1
Beautiful cactus garden located at Changi Airport T1 Transit area, beside Burger King.
Chanced upon it when my friends were looking for a smoking area inside the transit area before our flight. There were so many Cactus and other species of plants. You can even see the planes taking off from this garden. There is also a water refill point here, many seats around for you to sit and admire the greenery.
This can be a nice chill out place before your flight.
Be mindful that this is also a smoking area.

Let’s Scoot to Bangkok
#wheretogo Follow me and I will bring you to Scoot to Bangkok. Scoot is one of our budget airlines in Singapore and it has many flights to and fro Bangkok every day. For a short flight to Bangkok, it is really alright to use budget airline and it is even cheaper if you do not have check in luggage. Take note that there are two airports in Bangkok and check where Scoot will land. Scoot has different flights to Bangkok landing in different airport terminal. Do you also know that Scoot allow 10kg carry on luggage and this means you can bring an extra 3kg on board. This way you can save even more and fly easier and faster without the need to wait for your luggage.

TWG at Changi Airport T4
#wheretogo
If you are tourists and departing don’t worry about missing out on buying TWG because they have an outlet in the airport! Which I feel looks prettier and less squeezy than those in the city. It’s the first few stores after entering immigration so you won’t be missing it
They too also sell the different tea of their branding, tea pot sets and confectionery such as their macarons.
I’m guessing you get to save some money from tax free.
I also love the high ceiling and how they decorated the stores, makes you feel like you are entering a magical world in those Harry Potter films.

Heavenly Wang at T4
#wheretogo
There are a few dining options at Changi Airport Terminal 4 however we chose heavenly wang cause I wanted milk tea (Teh C ice) and a filling meal that’s not food court.
We felt that this was the best option since our flight was 11am and we land at 1pm and can’t grab any bite since we had book airport transfer in Da Nang.
We ordered a chicken set that’s not spicy, and a toast bread set with half boil eggs with our drinks. Which was just right for the both us to not get too overwhelmed by food from the flight.

Changi Airport Terminal 4
#wheretogo
The last time I was departing Singapore via Terminal 4 was back in July 2019 to Korea which was my last trip before the pandemic turned travelling to a stop.
So I was really excited to be back this time to see what changes had happened and was looking forward to the indoor slide but once again it wasn’t opened again.
T4 is the latest terminal in Singapore, a little smaller, usually for budget airlines but I think it’s still nice! Smaller terminal means less walking and more time for enjoyment.
Remember to spot tourist trap stores and the beautiful Peranakan style facade at the dining area!

Swee Choon Dim Sum
#wheretogo
The terminal two at changi international just opened last week and we were able to take a visit when we came back from our holiday in Da Nang.
We were very happy to see Swee Choon, a well known dim sum store in Singapore at the airport and a nicely decorated environment.
It was only opened for four days when we dined! It’s very different place from its flagship store which has a more authentic dim sum place feel. However I would prefer this outlet since there are more space and dim sum is a good thing to eat when you just landed from a flight and your meal time is neither here or there.
We ordered the prawn paste chicken, xiao long bao, “Phoenix claw” with noodles and pork chop fried rice.

Cozy cafe/work station at Changi Terminal 2
If you are not flying business class or do not want to fight the long queue to go into the lounges that can be purchased, I recommend coming to this little work space/cafe at the transit area of Changi Terminal 2.
It is tucked at a corner of level 2 and has a lot of space for people who just want to quietly do their work while waiting for their flight.
Coffee was good and their cheesecake was delicious. Most of the user here are very mindful and doesn't make much noise. Prefect for those who need to get their last minute work done before flying!

SQ847 SIN-HKG A350 Business Class
#timetotravel
This is my first time to stay overnight at Changi Airport that I have bought a business class of Singapore Airlines. I was arrived at airport at the night before. And it is ok to check in before 24h of departure. And SIA business lounge has very good shower & sleeping facilities. That I slept here.
And the flight is on the morning time that has huge seat, one significant reason that I always chose the business class of SQ. And this time I order book the cook, the burger is really nice that I found there is a mushroom with tomato and beef. It is taste delicious and special.
