Mihara Station on the Sanyo Shinkansen is the site of the main citadel of Mihara Castle. There is a stone wall under the station overpass. The large storehouse is well preserved in a very impressive tatami room. It's also great that the attendant will give you a brief history explanation when you enter. Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture Blow away all your worries [Ushiroyama Park East Observatory] Location: 252-89 Notohara, Numakuma-cho, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture We were blessed with fine weather, so we sped off to Ushiroyama Park. It's located at a moderate climb up the mountain. There were a lot of people touring there. We parked our car in the large parking lot, and after climbing a few stairs, we reached the observation deck. The view from the observation deck was spectacular! You can see the Seto Inland Sea. You'll forget about time. Nature is the best after all. It was refreshing. During a business trip to Hiroshima, I went to an amusement park near my hotel on Sunday. I got a free admission ticket from the hotel. Miroku-no-Sato is an amusement park with attractions, a facility called "Dinosaur Park" that is like a dinosaur version of a haunted house, and even a facility called "The Road We Came From Somewhere," which is like a retro Showa-era movie set. It is a modern castle built by Katsunari Mizuno, who transferred from Yamatokoriyama as a lord of 100,000 koku of Bingo due to the deprivation of Masanori Fukushima, the lord of Aki and Bingo in 1619. At first, Katsunari was in Kannabe Castle, but he inspected the territory, selected Jokojiyama in Nogami Village as the castle site, and started construction of the castle. I visited Tomonoura, a nostalgic port town in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, in search of beautiful scenery😊 This port town, which has been used as a location for movies and dramas, is as beautiful as rumored, and I was continuously moved☺️ The Joyato (photos 2 and 8) is the symbol of this port town. I wanted to capture this scenery!! It was a picturesque view❤︎ The first and fifth photos were taken with a telephoto lens from Io-ji Temple📸 The view from here was also spectacular🥹 The alleys a little inland from the port are very nostalgic (photo 7).
