From the city center we took the bts line with the dark green color all the way to the station at the pier. Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit is a true definition of 5 stars luxury with a touch of urban oasis. One of the highlights of this hotel is the pool area which is covered by lush trees that exudes Balinese vibes, the pool is perfect for a casual swim as it is not big. The hotel also offers great facilities like an amazing steam room, sauna and hot tub (separated by gender) for all in house guests to use! We utilised the facilities everyday and there is always no other guests around, it felt as if we have our own private spa. The standard rooms in the hotel are of great size and clean. Beddings are comfortable to sleep in, with complete sets of amenities like bath robes, hair dryer, iron etc provided in the walk in closet. The bathroom comes with a bath tub and shower, water pressure is great! The hotel provides local spa brand - Thann - toiletries which smells nice. Another notable thing is the breakfast buffet served at Orchid Cafe. They serve a good buffet spread consisting fresh pastries, tropical fruits, dairies and cheeses to hot food that will fill you up quickly. They even have fresh Thai coconut juice served which I rarely find in hotel breakfast! This time I stayed at this hotel first, and later stayed at the Intercontinental (the one opposite Hyatt). After comparing, I found out that this Sheraton is rated as a Luxury Collection Hotel for a reason. (The following features are compared with the Intercontinental and do not represent the final conclusion) 🌈Features: 1. The service is super good! Bright smiles! 2. There are 7 different pillow options! Including buckwheat pillows! (Unfortunately, I found out too late my neck was already sore) 3. The slippers are super comfortable 4. Breakfast seems to be available on both the 1st floor and the L floor. I went to L, and there were satay skewers available before 9:30, but they were mostly gone if you were late. 5. Although it was renovated 15 years ago, it is well maintained overall, especially the shower glass, which has no water stains, and the door does not leak. Good reviews! 6. Convenient transportation! There is a connected bridge to Terminal 21 and Asok MRT station right outside. So you basically don't get wet in the rain. There are plenty of food options on the 5th and 6th floors of T21, which are enough to satisfy. One stop away is the EM Group's three major malls, with trendy and luxury brands. Personally, I don't like buying luxury goods, so there's not much to see, but the design of emsphere is very special, and the space design and mall layout are worth learning from. 🏘️Room type/layout: I don't really like the layout inside, mostly polygons, especially the bathroom and walk-in closet 🧹Soundproofing/hygiene: I have to complain about the sofa, it probably has mites, as I got bitten several times on both feet The nearby area is full of bar streets, which is a bit too adult-oriented for someone who doesn't like noisy places. 🍃Shops are everywhere. Personally, I prefer the World Trade Center area.

I've been eyeing this place for a while, and after seeing photos of the hotel interior shared by others, I thought it was beautiful and insisted on experiencing it myself this time. It was truly fantastic. The surprise started right at check-in. The staff at the front desk all wore little pins on their chests indicating where they were from. It was incredibly heartwarming to hear a familiar language during check-in. A big thank you to Judy from Taiwan Province, who was both beautiful and attentive—really great. When checking out, I saw a Korean staff member assisting with check-in, and hearing Korean spoken at the front desk was thrilling. This level of service is just amazing. The room design was also very beautiful, especially the eye-catching green tiles in the bathroom space haha, they looked so nice, and the bath products were all byredo's LE CHEMIN series, which I used for the first time and also smelled great~ The bed was very comfortable, and there was even a pillow menu. If you have any specific pillow needs, you could request a change, because after all, a good sleep is the ultimate truth. The hotel's swimming pool is definitely worth a visit. It feels like frolicking in the jungle, and it's also very suitable for children. Although the outdoor pool can be quite hot, the greenery provides shade, so you probably won't feel hot while swimming haha. The lounge service was also excellent, and I even watched a performance on a weekend evening, which was very pleasant~

Located next to Asok bts station with easy access to Terminal 21. Good breakfast too! Recommended!

The restaurant has been renovated and redecorated, while still focusing on serving traditional Thai flavors from all four regions. 🥃 Open your taste buds with Mekhong Sour, enhanced by the scent of lime and a true Thai gimmick with a silver bowl. 🟠 Miang Kham with the aroma of roasted coconut, dried shrimp not too salty. Goong Sarong - 🍤🌿 A famous appetizer dating back to the Ayutthaya Kingdom, made more playful by wrapping noodles around it and frying until crispy for a crunchy outside and soft inside texture. 🟠 Fried shrimp cakes, dense shrimp meat, fried without being oily. 🟠 Chicken wrapped in pandan, fragrant with crispy fried pandan leaves. 🟠 Pomelo salad, a bold and sweet taste of pomelo, not too sweet, interspersed with shrimp meat. 🟠 Grilled shrimp, fresh and bouncy shrimp meat, served with a spicy dipping sauce. 🦀 Soft-shell crab fried to a crisp. 🍾 One bottle of wine.
