What makes this buffet hotel different from other five-star hotels is that the casserole and stir-fry stalls, which are loved by the locals, are all cooked to order without any pre-preparation. The ingredients are fresh, the chefs are all from Hubei, and the food is quite authentic👍.
🥘I had one serving of each of the three casseroles: casserole pork intestines with yuba, casserole catfish with thousand-layer tofu, and braised beef and chicken wings with lettuce. Each dish had a different flavor, and the side dishes were all seasonal ingredients. The taste was really very "Wuhan"!
🌶️There are also three kinds of stir-fried dishes, which are full of the flavor of life🔥. Stir-fried clams with chives, beef tripe with peanut sprouts, and bullfrog with pickled peppers combine the freshness of Hubei cuisine and the spiciness of Sichuan and Hunan cuisine!
