I visited two large exhibitions this morning, most of which were relatively common works. In comparison, the works of these young artists in this exhibition were novel in terms of themes, perspectives and viewpoints, and had unique ways of thinking and artistic languages, which immediately brightened my eyes. 🌈Multi-dimensional-Contemporary Sculpture Research Exhibition 📅December 13, 2022~January 3, 2023 The last exhibition was confusing, but this time the museum returned to normal and exhibited the museum's best works. Themed "Multi-Dimensionality", this exhibition brings together more than 40 masterpieces by 34 sculptors from three professional art institutions in Beijing and Shanghai: Shanghai Oil Painting and Sculpture Institute, Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, and Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts. The Shanghai Oil Painting and Sculpture Institute Art Museum has a very nice double exhibition - an exhibition of works by artist Lin Sen, and an exhibition of works by three artists, Shen Ye, Han Zijian, and Yang Mushi. [One] Artist Lin Sen’s solo exhibition - Meeting on the Road, is located in the exhibition hall on the 2nd floor. The exhibits use new sculptural materials and freer forms of expression, making them quite avant-garde. Contemporary female artists, with their delicate perception of materials, have expanded the new expressive space of contemporary art in the dimension of media. Those things we take for granted construct our perception and spirit, as well as our life and memory.

The 'Contemporary Sculpture·Oil Painting Youth Promotion Exhibition' has entered its second year. The 24 young artists selected for this exhibition come from more than ten provinces and cities across the country, and the exhibited works present a more diverse appearance and form. The first thing you see when you enter the exhibition hall is the sculpture work by Liu Yuhang (Figure 12). The material is wood, with a bit of color, the texture of the wood is clearly visible, quite like it. In this exhibition, you can see the youth power and creativity of young artists, fresh, novel, and sharp works and expressions, and also see more vibrant art forms.

Mr. Yu Yunjie's life was full of hardships, but he always adhered to the motto of 'brave and progressive'. He was committed to the Chinese expression of oil painting language, and with his exquisite realistic oil painting techniques and heartfelt artistic language, he created a large number of excellent works reflecting real life and the themes of the times.
