A Nature Lover's Paradise 🦋🌿🐑🐞🍀
The Seven Sisters Country Park hike is easy technically, i was treated to the most beautiful hike up and down the Seven Sisters Cliffs with the English Channel, natural wonders, sheep farms and the English Countryside view. A panorama view of the White Chalk Cliffs that make this coastline so iconic and breathtaking picturesque scenery, all in a day trip from London by train!
Most visitors come here for hiking, It will not be crowded here, there also have joggers, dog walkers, and tourists who come to take beautiful photos, I taken almost 5 hours walk right up to the pebbles beach and from there step up to Seaford Head Viewpoint. It was a wonderful experience, breathing throughout fresh air with cool breeze.
Seven Sisters Country Park is open all year round, with car parks open from dawn until dusk, and it's FREE !!!

Seven Sisters chalk cliffs
Seven Sisters chalk cliff
The chalk cliffs of Seven Sisters are an interesting sight in Sussex, #england.
The cliffs are amid river valleys and near the English Channel, and are easily accessible by the public bus, which makes several stops near the cliffs. Do check bus timings as they may differ during seasons.
There is a tourist info counter and also pubs along the way, so you have all you need. It is also possible to hike part of the way through the fields and the farms, it is an easy and pleasant #hike throughout.

SEVEN SISTERS CLIFF-UK east sussex
The Seven Sisters are a series of chalk cliffs by the English Channel.I loved it!I felt strong and empowered, the experience was really positive. It was fun being with my friends but also to challenge myself and to enjoy the breathtaking landscape, the perfect combination of sea/beach/mountains. The air was so clean and the weather perfect, no rain but a tad cold and the sun came out at the end.
Definitely worth doing it, I'll surely come back

Super shocking seven sisters White Cliff, punch the Windows system desktop viewfinder!
Seven Sisters Cliff is a very special attraction in the south of England. It can be said that it is the most beautiful coastline in the UK. The milky white cliffs date back to the Cretaceous period and stand along the English Channel, making it a popular destination for tourists to take pictures.
The first stop of the day was arranged here, and we arrived at the Seven Sisters Cliff early in the morning. From the park gate through a private farm, all the way to the beach. On both sides of the road are large fields of lakes, and groups of sheep are grazing leisurely. The UK's climate is humid, and it can be fed by natural rainfall, almost self-sufficient, and simple mechanical maintenance can guarantee production.
The sea breeze is one of the characteristics of this park. Walking on the grassland, you can see the vegetation that is almost parallel to the ground. There are also many berries on the roadside. A roadside berry tasted it, it was very delicious, and it was inadvertent to find the little ones around me. In the park, you can also see the English people who come here for outdoor sports, hiking, cycling, and rowing. These sports are popular among them.
This is also the location of the famous Dunkirk retreat. The dark castle in the grass still retains the memory of the war years.
When you walk to the shore, you can see a huge white cliff. From west to east, it is composed of weathered rocks formed by many chalk periods. It stands on the shore of the English Channel. Waves and waves are constantly coming, quite spectacular. It is also the location of many movies and MVs, even the Windows 7 system cover is also shot here.
It should be noted that although the scenery is beautiful, try not to stand on the cliff and take pictures. There have been many incidents in which tourists fell off the cliff because of wind and landslides.
Pure white cliffs, green meadows, historical imprints, make the Seven Sisters Cliffs breathtaking!
Agent John.
Set off early in the morning, catch the early bus on the 12th road and take it from the city of Brighton to the seven sister park. Although the place is rather ridiculous, it is good to have beautiful scenery along the way. There are many people coming in with the car. When you go to the park, you will walk away. You can walk along the road to reach the beach.
On the way to the beach, you will pass by a ranch, stocking a lot of sheep, not seeing someone to manage, cattle and sheep are free to graze. Later, I learned that the labor cost of opening a ranch here is very low, because the rain is enough, the grass grows very quickly, it is very rich, and the sheep is very fat. People only need to cut wool and take milk on time.
The place that looks like a matcha cake is the Seven Sisters Mountain. You must remember the earliest window desktop, which was shot with white cliffs. Obviously the current white cliff experienced middle age. Crisis, the middle turf has some signs of thanking the top. . The Seven Sisters Cliff is a special white limestone. Many movie MVs are here to capture the scenery
is really steep, although I really want to go and see, but with the baby we are still taking risks! (Hey, if there is a cable car, I am still willing to try it.)
Note: Don't stand on the edge of the cliff to take pictures!!
1 is windy and easy to blow people down
2 because the texture of the white cliff rock is not strong, the texture of these sediments is very loose, and local collapse often occurs.

Seven Sisters White Cliffs
Seven Sisters White Cliffs is one of the most beautiful and charming tourist destinations in England. Especially when traveling to experience nature here, you will feel like you are walking on a new world. The scenery of the steep white cliffs and the vast sea creates an impressive feeling from the first sight.
The beautiful cliffside paths offer you the opportunity to explore both the sea and coastal views, along with the vast sky that gives you a sense of freedom and tranquility no matter where you stand. Additionally, the viewpoints and educational sites about the geography here make the trip even more diverse.

National Geographic didn't lie to me, there really is an end to the world.
I first learned about the White Cliffs from the movie "Dunkirk," which features a famous line: "You see the white cliffs, you see home." For the British, the White Cliffs are a symbol of home, and seeing them means you're home. The White Cliffs are actually a typical landform of the southern coast of England, formed by the combined effects of marine erosion and tectonic movements. They are famous for their steep and spectacular cliffs, with white rocks contrasting beautifully with the blue sea.
·
The Seven Sisters Cliffs are the most famous section, named after the seven main cliffs that rise and fall like natural works of art. It takes about 2 hours to drive from London. Although the weather forecast was sunny on the day we went, the clouds were thick by the sea, so we didn't see the White Cliffs at their best. But I was already very satisfied, as rain is the norm in England, and this place indeed has the solitude and grandeur of the world's end.
·
🔀Route
The Seven Sisters Cliffs cover a large area. If you don't want to hike, you can just stroll around the viewing spots and the beach near the Birling Gap parking lot. But if you want to hike, you can plan a 1-hour hiking route like us: Birling Gap - Belle Tout Lighthouse - Beachy Head Lighthouse. That is, climb up to the white lighthouse on the east side from the parking lot, then go down to Beachy Head Lighthouse. If you hire a car, you can ask the driver to wait at the parking lot on the Beachy Head side, so you don't have to walk back.
·
📸Photography
✅Birling Gap: This is the largest parking lot at the Seven Sisters Cliffs. From here, you can go down to the beach to see the White Cliffs. The light is good in the morning, but a bit backlit in the afternoon, although you can watch the sunset in the evening. But the best place to take panoramic photos of the Seven Sisters Cliffs is on the hillside on the east side, which is also the starting point of the hiking trail.
·
✅Belle Tout Lighthouse: This is the white lighthouse, the highest point of the hike, and one of the highest coastal cliffs in England. From here, you can overlook the magnificent view of the English Channel and take photos of the Seven Sisters Cliffs and the green grass. But be sure to pay attention to safety when taking photos at the edge of the cliff.
·
✅Beachy Head: After passing the white lighthouse, you can see Beachy Head, a classic spot to admire the White Cliffs, with the lighthouse, S-shaped road, and White Cliffs. It's recommended to go in the afternoon when the light is better. But when we got there, the weather suddenly changed, and it started pouring rain a few minutes later. We were taught a harsh lesson by the British weather.

Listen to the Goat Skin Band, check in at Eastbourne, UK
Time: 2023/12/9 19:00
Venue: Winter Garden, Eastbourne
The sound of youth, Suede's UK tour is underway, coming to Eastbourne, UK, let's check in the beautiful coastal scenery together~
1. Seven Sisters Country Park
Seven Sisters Country Park is adjacent to the English Channel, and its unique name comes from the main landscape here - seven connected white chalk cliffs (White Cliffs). These cliffs stretch for several kilometers, with cliffs about 170 meters high and beaches almost vertical, inspiring immense awe. The pure white cliffs and the green grass on top of each other also form an astonishing landscape.
2. Brighton Beach
Like many British seaside cities, Brighton's beach also has the local more leisurely, more vast natural scenery. However, what is different here is that underfoot is not the fine soft sand, but the unique pebbles.
3. Beachy Head
Beachy Head is located on the southern coast of Sussex, England, and is the commanding height of the Seven Sisters Cliffs, as well as one of the higher seaside chalk cliffs in the UK. Although the process of climbing the cliffs is somewhat strenuous, when you stand on the edge of the cliff overlooking the majestic coastline and the red and white striped lighthouse, you will feel that it is all worth it.

Beautiful scenery that will dazzle you
'National Geographic' didn't lie to me! The end of the land shocked the ceiling of the British scenery in my heart. I have compiled some travel guides for the White Cliffs.
🌊Itinerary:
◾️D1: London-Eastbourne-White Cliffs
👉🏻Take a bus from Eastbourne to Beachy Head and start hiking. Walk up 100 meters from Belle Tout and then turn back, this is the best photo spot! If you are not physically strong, you can take a bus from here to the next stop.
👉🏻From the Birling Gap station, walk up through the parking lot to reach the best position to see the Seven Sisters. The return journey is also from here.
◾️D2: Eastbourne- Cuckmere Haven- Lewes-Brighton
👉🏻Take a taxi to Cuckmere Haven in the morning, walk down from the parking lot to see the seaside house in the dream of the male and female protagonists in 'Atonement'. You can reach the beach of the film shooting location from the left of the house.
👉🏻Arrive at Lewes at noon, this is a treasure town I like very much! The town is built on the mountain and has a unique sense of drop. You can reach the castle by walking up the road. There are many antique shops in the town, where you can find good antiques.
👉🏻Arrive at Brighton before sunset, don't miss the seaside sunset here.
◾️D3: Brighton-London
👉🏻Have a Brighton Citywalk: The Lane→Kensinton Gardens→Queens Rd→West St
👉🏻Take a train back to London in the afternoon.
.
🌊Transportation Guide:
◾️Take the train from London Victoria Station to Eastbourne Station
◾️After arriving at the station, navigate to Eastbourne Pier and take the sightseeing bus of the White Cliffs
◾️Buy a ticket on the bus, keep the receipt, and ride at any time within a day with the receipt.
◾️The bus operation time is different in different seasons, pay attention to the time.
◾️The ticket is 10 pounds, and the student card is 20% off.
.
🌊Photography Guide:
❶Beachy Head
The highest point of the White Cliffs and the highest coastal cliff in the UK, you can overlook the red and white lighthouse, and the light is best in the evening.
❷ Belle Tout
The section from Beachy Head to Belle Tout has a large drop, you can take pictures of the staggered white cliffs, winding lawns and lighthouses. This is my favorite part of the White Cliffs scenery. Walk about 100 meters in the direction of the Belle Tout lighthouse, and you can take the same cover photo when you look back!
❸Seven Sisters White Cliffs
There are 7 consecutive white cliffs here, which is the shooting location of Jay Chou's MV and a good place to watch the sunset.
❹ Cuckmere Haven
The cliff by the sea where the male and female protagonists of the movie 'Atonement' walk and the small house where they dream of living together are here, movie fans must not miss it!

Nature's Canvas: Seven Sisters Country Park 🌊
Embarked on a coastal odyssey at Seven Sisters Country Park, where the chalk cliffs painted a breathtaking panorama. "Cliffs of Majesty" stood tall, a natural masterpiece shaped by the embrace of the sea breeze. Each step along the Seven Sisters trail unveiled a new chapter of coastal wonders. The meandering river, the rustle of grasslands, and the panoramic views of the English Channel created a symphony of serenity. As the sun dipped low, the cliffs blushed with the hues of twilight, a poetic farewell to a day of nature's wonders. Seven Sisters, a coastal haven where land and sea choreographed a timeless ballet. #NatureEscapade #SevenSistersSerenity

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Seven Sisters in Seaford, and I have to say, it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the sheer beauty of the place. The chalk cliffs rising up out of the sea were truly awe-inspiring, and I couldn't wait to explore them.
I started off by hiking along the Seaford Head Nature Reserve, which offered some of the most breathtaking views I've ever seen. The trails were well-maintained and clearly marked, and I felt completely safe and secure even though I was walking along some pretty steep cliffs. Along the way, I saw all sorts of fascinating wildlife, including some rare birds and even a few seals out in the water.
As I got closer to the Seven Sisters themselves, I could feel my heart rate picking up with excitement. And I have to say, they did not disappoint. The cliffs were absolutely massive, towering hundreds of feet above the sea, and the views from the top were simply stunning. I took a ton of photos and just sat there for a while, taking it all in.
All in all, I would say that Seven Sisters is an absolute must-visit if you're in the Seaford area. The natural beauty of the place is truly something to behold, and I will never forget my time there. I can't recommend it highly enough!#beachlife #nationalpark

Seven Sisters Cliffs
Located at the border of Seaford in United Kingdom, the place is fascinating with beautiful scenery viewing from the top of the Seven Sisters Cliffs.
If you are taking public transportation to there, you may take buses from Brighton to seven Sisters Country Park and walk through the park to the beaches. Then you may see the Seven Sister Cliffs at the bottom. #hiking #cliffs #brighton

This is the most beautiful scenic spot in my heart in England.
Brighton Beach, at the end of England, must be visited on a sunny day.
On a sunny day, Brighton is so beautiful that it takes your breath away. The sun illuminates the slightly yellow cliffs, and even the stones are glowing.
Recommended route
Although its name is Brighton Beachy Head, it is not recommended to depart from Brighton!
Suggested route: Take the train from London to Eastbourne → Walk to
Eastbourne Pier → Take the sightseeing bus to Beachy Head Station → Red lighthouse → White lighthouse → Birling Gap.
, I feel that starting from Eastbourne (walking from east to west), there are more downhill slopes than uphill ones along the way. I remember only climbing one relatively long hill, and the rest are basically downhill. If you take the train to Brighton and then walk from west to east, there will be a lot of uphill slopes, and I personally feel that it will be very tiring. So I still recommend starting from Eastbourne!
Sisters with poor physical strength can take a sightseeing bus back to Eastbourne Pier when they reach Birling Gap. This is the best photo angle. If you continue walking forward to Seven Sisters...
To reach the cliffs, you have to backtrack and go back to Birling Gap to take the sightseeing car. The road from the red lighthouse to the white lighthouse has a lot of ups and downs, and you can take a picture of the entire cliff and the red lighthouse from a high point.
Birling Gap is the best spot to capture the entire Seven Sisters Cliffs and is also the most famous photo spot.
1. It must be a sunny day, the difference between photos taken with and without the sun is too great.
2. The wind is strong and cold, wear more clothes!
3. Bring water and food, need to walk for 2-3 hours, replenish energy on the way.
4. When eating at the beach, be sure to be careful, as seagulls may snatch your food if you're not paying attention.

Hiking destinations: UK edition
When visiting Eastbourne over a weekend-staycation, my attention was drawn to the Seven Sisters Cliffs - an area of outstanding beauty easily reached by bus. And so, in the morning, I hopped on a bus and paid very little with an e-ticket for 24-hour travel access on Stagecoach busses around Brighton, Hove & the Area.
As I walked through Seven Sisters Country park, following the signs to the cliffs, my excitement grew by the minute. There were beautiful green scapes with sheep grazing around and a tiny river stream flowing down - a sign of the nearby ocean.
After a nice and relaxed walk, I reached Cuckmere Haven where the waters met - it felt like Heaven, basking under the sunshine...
And as I continued on, my breath was taken by the sight of the mighty white cliffs. There are moments in life when I feel lucky to experience nature in all its beauty and this was definitely it!
I took the difficult route up to the cliff - quite literally climbing up the cliffs without any prior experience and preparation; and although it was one of the scariest times in my life, the view from top was worth it... For irregular hikers, there is an easier and more even route to follow before you get to the Haven 😆
